No probs! I always try to be supportive of other transgirls. It was a really tough transition for me, so being able to help other girls like me makes it feel like it was all worth it :)

Yeah, I can't wait to feel like that.

I just gotta be patient, and that's really hard.

That sounds like a good plan. I'm not sure if this is the case for everyone, but when I transitioned, my grades skyrocketed. Like straight A's in almost every class. When you feel better about yourself it really takes a load off your mind. I'm sure things will be much better once you've got everything taken care of :)

Yeah they know about my depression, they just don't know the cause of it is because I'm transgendered.

I'm probably going to have to finish out this semester and then take next year off while I get my stuff sorted. That's my rough plan I have in my head. Hoping to move out this summer too.

If you're going to take some time off, it's definitely best to do it now, because the more time you take the more the loans will accumulate. It's really good of your parents to let you do that though :) Lots of parents wouldn't understand how debilitating a problem depression is.

I am a freshman so this is my second semester. I've already landed myself on academic probation and I've already missed a lot of class this semester because of depression.

My parents were going to let me take a break this semester (I was surprised they were going to let me) but if I did I was going to have to pay back all my loans and stuff so I had to stay. But it's probably a good thing because if I left I would have never met my therapist, so it has it's ups and downs.

Thanks! Yea, in retrospect I should have put college on hold. My grades took a big hit when my depression started worsening. I would have come out with much better grades if I had just taken a break for a while, but meh, regrets don't do any good. How long have you been in school?

That's cool :) I hope you find work in your field soon :P

I don't know what I want to do yet. But I'm thinking college may have to be put on hold while I get stuff figured out, but I don't know yet :/

History and English are my best subjects though, not much to do with those besides teaching, and I know I don't want to teach
