February 5th, 2014 5:46 PMisthatyoudanI've only gotten one ending so far. The person knocking from inside the coffin. And, I am probably going to get the sequel too.
I've heard of hotel dusk. Didn't know it was that good. Maybe I'll give it a go. -
January 30th, 2014 6:35 AMLoudSilenceOh wow yeah, I've played that game. Great story, just wish the text could move a little faster haha. It's got multiple endings so another playthrough is guaranteed if you get into it. There's even a sequel on the 3DS I hear.
If you like visual novels, check out Hotel Dusk for the DS. Fantastic story and great art. -
January 23rd, 2014 7:05 AMisthatyoudanHaven't been on I a while! How's it going? Got a new game for my DS: "Nine hours, nine persons, nine doors." A bit creepy, but I recommend it.

January 22nd, 2014 11:32 AMLoudSilenceHey Dan, how's it been? Just wanted to say hi!
-
December 12th, 2013 10:06 AMLoudSilenceHm, have you tried playing with the distance/level of 3D effect? I hear a lot of complaints from others but personally it works for me and I really do feel immersed in the game.
And you're right, I can't return it...but I can sell it off somewhere else :) Perhaps GameStop or online (Amazon, eBay, etc.). -
December 8th, 2013 8:16 AMisthatyoudanThe 3D in OoT actually dizzies me. The graphics are spectacular, but I always leave 3D off.
You're allowed to return that? I thought, when you return something that comes with a gift, that you have to return the gift too. Because Toys R Us would lose a ton of cash if a lot of people have the same idea. -
December 5th, 2013 8:26 PMLoudSilenceOh man, if I had known I would have told you: there was this crazy deal at Toys R Us -- buy Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles for 30, and get any other 3DS game free. I picked Link Between Worlds. So now I'm gonna return TMNT when it comes in, making Zelda cost me nothing wooooo!
I didn't buy Skyward Sword, it never dropped in price (in fact I think it's increasing...). Might have to emulate it at this rate. I hope you beat OoT, it's an amazing game and the 3DS version is incredible! -
December 4th, 2013 2:23 PMisthatyoudanAs I said, I don't mind Dan.
You mean Link between worlds? No, but ME WANT BAD! I didn't get Skyward Sword either, so my last Zelda adventure was Ocarina of Time 3D. It was weird, actually. I got much farther into the 3DS version than I ever did on the N64. I never got through the tree on the old version! -
December 4th, 2013 2:18 PMLoudSilenceYou know I hadn't even noticed you were female. It was actually that I saw you write somewhere that your name wasn't "Dan" and was actually an obscure reference haha. I could still call you Dan if you want; it's my sister's nickname anyway so it kinda flies doesn't it? :P
I'm not done yet, I just saw Zapdos and have to challenge him at Mt. Thunder. Really wish there were a way of guaranteeing Pokemon join your team...have fought a few Scythers but no one tags along :(
You playing anything specific, currently? Get the new Zelda? -
December 3rd, 2013 2:08 PMisthatyoudanI don't mind Dan. yes, I have finally revealed me female-ness, but isthatyoudan takes too long.
if you liked the first mystery dungeon, try the other ones! I liked it, but I have met a lot of people who don't like gates to infinity for 3DS. Darkness/time/sky is really great too, and people actually do agree on this. -
December 3rd, 2013 9:38 AMLoudSilenceDude did you enjoy me wrongfully calling you Dan all this time?!
The questionnaire landed me Charmander, which I was happy about (honesty didn't know what I was gonna get). I didn't think this game would be so tough, but man is it addicting! Not sure how I ever passed over this. And that's pretty great, I'm also mostly Nintendo (more of a focus on the portable consoles though).
And yeah Xbox is lame :/ I mean, I have one, but only because my friends told me to get it so I could play with them...it's not so great. -
November 29th, 2013 2:54 PMisthatyoudanI can't tell you much about the exact differences between the two cause I only have blue. What Pokémon did you get? I get either Treeko or Pikachu, with a partner of Mudkip.
You asked about my interest in other stuff. I am mostly Nintendo. I posses every system ever except for a black and white game boy and a virtual boy. Used to have a game boy colour but got rid of it because the games play on advance.
I have a couple of games for play station, but no too many. I have some sega stuff too, but I rarely play them. NO XBOX I DO NOT LIKE XBOX, thank you very much. -
November 28th, 2013 8:26 AMLoudSilenceYEP ALL YOUR FAULT
Haha no I'm just kidding. Surprisingly online reviews don't seem to give it great scores, but I know that they're just opinions, and you and a lot of other people here seem to like it. It's only fair to give it a shot; Nintendo has never really messed up a game series in my eyes!
So I saw that Blue is on the DS, is there some graphical difference? I mean the second screen must also make a big change, right? I'm going to be using a ROM so whichever you think is better (and has Scyther!!) I'll go with that.
Are you just a Nintendo fan, Dan? Or are you into other systems too? -
November 25th, 2013 5:43 PMisthatyoudanI am glad you checked Mystery Dungeon out! Hope you like it, because if you don't it's kinda my fault! :( I never got red, but it is literally almost exactly the same as blue. Just a couple different Pokémon.
Kirby can be really hard sometimes. I think the hardest is dream land 2, especially if ya want all of the bonuses. -
November 23rd, 2013 5:12 PMLoudSilenceDan the Man! Your words have inspired me to get Red Rescue Team, congratulations on your wondrous achievement of persuasion!! WOOOOO
Kirby eh? I tried to get into it, seems too easy doesn't it? But maybe it's because I never put any effort beyond the beginning stages haha.
