True! With the base attack they have it's pretty brutal too. Is there a flying fairy type? That'd be Garchomp's worst nightmare.

Wait you actually did get the year wrong? Oh dear haha. Most people only care about themselves! #selfpreservationsociety

Go for it! Nothing ventured, nothing gained goes the old saying. :)

At least a lot of dragons have an alternative STAB to hit fairies with. Like EQ or something.

*2k15 Im not caught up at all with that stuff. Oh, and Lebron James and stuff are cool too. As for the girls, bikinis and the beach. All they care about are themselves (about 90% of my grade, boys and girls, are jerks and...yea).

Haha, maybe. I could slowly ease into the group I guess. They are all pretty nice.

That horrific daydream is now the reality for Pokémon.

2k14 is so last year though how's that even cool? ;D Have to admit I was mildly amused by your speculation though. LoL is definitely widespread but I've never been an MMO/online competitive game sort. I'm quite traditional on my RPG front!

If it's a small group there's room for more people in that group, right? A lot of people I've seen around here and Marriland (back in the olde days for me) have gotten into Pokémon during Gen 2/3/4/5, possibly 6 though I've not quite seen anyone who's only played Gen 6 personally yet!

Did you ever imagine a Jigglypuff hunting dragons? lol, tinker bell the dragon slayer.

I honestly have no idea whats cool. Rap music, lebron james, 2k14, fifa, porn (idk). I just do my own thing, really. My friends and I play CS:GO and Minecraft, and LoL is popular with a lot of my friends overseas. Oh, basketball shoes are popular and stuff. To be honest, I am not really into what everyone else is into, other than maybe some common video games.

I think pokemon is really only popular with the juniors/seniors because they are old enough to have played Red/Blue/Yellow. And its really only a small group of them. Idk if I would have the nerve to play with them, or even go up and talk to them. One was in my spanish class, so I guess I am a little connection there. And she doesnt even play pokemon lol.

It's just not right. OH LET'S SEND IN THE FAERIES TO KILL DRAGONS. Fiction stories almost never contain anything such as Tinkerbell The Dragon Slayer etc.

Could always talk to those lot then? I wonder if Pokémon's finally giving way to something new for the younger generation. What's down with the kids these days?

Ice types didnt resist dragon type tho, so it wasn't always a safe switch in. Haha, dragons are still top-tier tho and used a lot! They are still tough...other than that they get killed by little pixie dogs.

Pokemon isn't very popular where I live. There was a group of juniors (now seniors) at my school that play pokemon and stuff. Except, they are upper classmen and I am lower, so yea. They go on showdown and stuff, and play on emulators.

change happens all throughout the wonderful game of life.

Ice type moves kept Dragons in check just fine! I for one feel poor old Dragons have been punished and humiliated far too much!

I guess that's fair enough. :) Weirdly those sorts can be into Pokémon now and then... it was the case at my school, but I guess maybe Pokémon was more widespread back then? idk.

I have changed a lot, yes. I have definitely changed some views on things, and high school changes things as well.

I love the fairy type because it counters dragons and checks fighting types, which I heard ran rampant in 5th gen. Yea, I heard gates to infinity was pretty bad haha. I was going to buy it, so I am glad I didnt. I think I may get one of the mystery dungeons on an emulator tho.

Well, mostly with the athletic jock people. They are all huge jerks (well, almost all) and I am not very good at sports. And none of my friends really play sports seriously, so any acquaintance is nice. So I dont want any "beef" on me or anything they can exploit about me.

Everyone can be young and foolish and can regret how they were in the past. I was an internet noob at 15... dreadful times. I think it's a good thing to take ownership of that time tho, shows you've come along since then, perhaps?

The fairy type destroyed everything I ever knew about competitive, heh. The first Mystery Dungeon games were good, the second ones were brilliant, but I wasn't hot on the 3DS one. Hopefully the next one will be a marked improvement!

And fair enough. :) It's good to be at ease with what you like and all! How come you're on iffy terms with people?

I have no idea to be honest.

Unfortunately, yes. But I love my new name! ^^

I love competitive, but I haven't played competitive in a while. I loved XY, but ORAS didnt quite do it for me. However, I am planning on doing a challenge run of it! :) I am looking forward to the new mystery dungeon tho, because I have never played one of those games.

Well, I am a bit of a closet player, but I am slowly starting to not really care who knows. I am on a thin line with some people, and falling on the wrong side would be pretty bad.

...please don't tell me those can just happen from random viral infections! I've always just dismissed colds as harmless!

BadPokemon, right? Not the best alias for remaining incognito, I have to say! I loved 4th gen, 5th gen didn't do much for me, and 6th gen hasn't set me alight yet! To be honest I've probably put a lot more time into Pokémon Shuffle rather than anything else! Though I did love the nostalgia of playing Alpha Sapphire. I used to play competitively but tend to play more for nostalgia these days. :) Good on you for not worrying about what your peers think of your game choices.

I had a cold, and the cough never stopped- even weeks after the cold. Then they developed into bronchial spasms.

My first games were Diamond, then Platinum. Next, I played Soul Silver and skipped 5th gen because pokemon wasn't "cool" anymore and I would be made fun of if I played it. When 6th gen came around, I didnt care anymore and played it. I joined the forums to figure out which starter I should choose. And this is my new account, after like a 6 month hiatus. And I would prefer to forget about my old account, so please dont ask about it.

So have you liked 6th thus far?

That sounds awful. How did you end up with that?

I played Yellow/Blue when they first came out many eons ago. PC was just a Pokémon forum that looked like it would make a good home. How about yourself?

    Thats good! :)

Thats what i meant by running lol. I do it for 30 minutes haha. So, i ended up walking for 30 minutes. And it isn't asthma, tho I did have that when I was younger. what i have now are called bronchial spasms.

So how did you get into pokemon and join PC?

I got to see two of my best friends so that was nice, since I don't see nearly as much of them as I'd like to these days. :)

Better safe than sorry I guess! Shame about the asthma, though. :( imo it's better to do 30 mins - 1 hour of a very slow steady pace (even walking!) rather than 2 minutes sprinting!
