October 19th, 2014 10:42 AMLethalTextureSounds good! Just let me know :) I have a Normal-type friend safari with Loudred, Lillipup and Smeargle.

October 19th, 2014 9:22 AMCycloneI'll let you know, I'm busy doing my Safari hunting right now. Think I'm down to about 40 or so available species to find, then I have to look for more people to add.
Speaking of, what's your Safari? Might like to use yours if I have something to find in there. {XD} -
October 19th, 2014 2:51 AMLethalTextureYeah, I can breed 4 or 5IV, sometimes 6IV babies like its nothing, the breeding mechanics are really good in this game if you know how to use them. :) Not had any luck hatching shinies so far though!
So, anything you'd want for that Nincada? -
October 18th, 2014 4:08 PMCycloneI actually am not a fan of RNGing anyway, especially considering you can easily get 5IV (and even 6IV) with little effort. I have 6IV Ditto, so it's extremely simple to get 5IV by breeding a batch of 6-12 Eggs, picking the best IV candidate and leveling it a little if you want to preserve Egg Moves, and then inbreeding it with Ditto (give someone a Destiny Knot, and if you want a certain nature you can pluck that out instead and work it in with a little more time using an Everstone) and repeating the process. Sometimes, you can luck out on a 5IV in the first batch; sometimes it takes two or even three batches. From there, it's all about luck as 4IV becomes the lowest possible (the one missing stat being selected can cause that, and that stat will always not be 31 in those cases), 5IV is most frequent (if 5 31s get selected, but can also involve the missing stat and a random 31 in the 6th stat), and 6IV is a combination of good IV selection and luck. I have over a dozen 6IV that I've bred myself (non-Shiny, and many by accident, one from a 4IV parent!), and haven't done more only because I took a break from breeding.
So, basically, once you get a 6IV subject, you can just level it up to the point it no longer learns moves, then (optionally for nature) hand it an Everstone while Ditto (likely not your OT) holds a Destiny Knot, and pump out Daycare babies. 5IV is a guaranteed result, 6IV is the luck factor. When a Shiny comes, see if luck strikes.
It's so easy to get good Shinies without RNG now. You just need the time. :) -
October 18th, 2014 12:40 PMLethalTextureYeah, they are all shinies, including the Phione and Squirtle, and some were hatched by me; I used to RNG for shinies back in Gen IV (that's why these guys are in PokéBank) but I didn't start RNGing for IVs until Gen V, so its unlikely that any of these have high IVs unfortunately. A couple of them are traded so there's a chance they have good IVs but I don't think I ever checked them.
The Squirtle is indeed female, Impishand has Aqua Jet and Fake Out as egg moves (I run a physical AJ+FO Blastoise set that I devised), Phione is Sassy, Chikorita is Gentle, Turtwig is Serious and Chimchar is Naïve. -
October 18th, 2014 8:43 AMCycloneThose Shinies are all hatched? Nice!
Were these bred using high-IV parents? If so, I'd be curious about them stat-wise. I have some high-IV Shinies I can clone and trade sometime in the next week once I get my system back (it borked two weeks ago; fortunately, I wasn't using Power Saves at the time). I'm curious which are hidden ability and therefore just a little more valuable. 5-6 IVs is also a very valuable Shiny.
And I did mention clone and trade; I can clone and return yours as well. I work both ways. :)
One I know is in there off the top of my head is a Shiny 6IV female Fennekin, I think with the HA. I have other 5IV Shinies as well. Some Shinies came outside of baby form (including a 6IV Shiny Riolu at Lv.23), and I have some new random Shiny catches that I just found in the Safari recently (Throh, Pancham, and Dedenne) all freshly caught at Lv.30 and, being Safari, guaranteed 2 IVs minimum.
We can discuss what I have once I'm back full-time, but I'm curious about the details of these in the meantime. ;) Is that a Shiny Phione? And a Shiny Squirtle? Curious about the IVs, abilities, and - in Squirtle's case - any bred moves and gender (female is considered rare). Other starters (Chikorita, Turtwig, Chimchar) I'm also curious about. The others we can discuss later; I might be willing to clone and trade multiple. -

October 16th, 2014 11:49 PMLethalTextureI should have a few, but they're in PokéBank. I'll get back to you on a full list. :)

October 14th, 2014 4:15 PMCycloneMaybe, but do you have any Shinies in their hatch form? :)
-
October 13th, 2014 7:15 AMLethalTextureThat's fine; I have no qualms about receiving clones, and the fact that it probably doesn't have high IVs adds to the charm for me. I probably won't be using it competitively anyway, I just ultimately felt like having a Shiny Shedinja in my collection so I've been looking for a Nincada so I have a Ninjask as well, haha.
That's great that you want to take it back to the same route; I have a few guys from an original playthrough of Sapphire back in 2003 so I know the feeling, and it'll be great to take back this Nincada to the route myself. I have a SHiny Jolly Monferno w/THunderpunch that I don't need, does that sounds good? -
October 13th, 2014 7:06 AMCycloneI should let you know that I do clone the Nincada. Thankfully, I think I have some clones sitting in my Bank ATM, which is a good thing because my cloning is temporarily unavailable (unless I do it in Gen. V; I even have one in Gen. IV).
It's also not bred or anything; it's freshly caught on Route 116 in the original Emerald version of Hoenn. So the stats won't be 6IV, 4IV, maybe not even 1IV. :) I in fact plan to take one into OR/AS and have it train in the very place I originally caught it, on Route 116 in Hoenn (though I'll eventually try to breed my own good one).
So what do you have of interest? Note if you want something cloned and sent back, personal laptop problems (not related to cloning, hard drive actually) have made that temporarily unavailable, so you'd have to request of someone else to have a clone made for now; however, in a week or a week and a half, I expect cloning to become available to me again when the laptop returns. :) -
October 12th, 2014 11:58 PMLethalTextureHi there, I couldn't help but notice your sig stating that you have a Shiny Nincada up for trade. Since I'm looking for one, and I'm sure its important to you, anything you would be interested in trading for it?
