Hum so you talked about kissing, and then she just wanted to be friends? Well give it some time, maybe she isn't ready. The dating game is hard lol, to know what to do and when. But I am proud of you two to have the guts to talk about it and make sure it went well. Continue like this! Communication is the most important in a relationship, trust me.

Sometimes it's better to be just friends than nothing, if you have some quality time together. One of my friend was into me back in 9th grade, I wasn't. We stayed friends, we are both in an amazing relationship (not together, make it clear) and we are really good friends. If we wouldnt have been friends we would have miss all the great adventures we had together.

well it went perfect. we hung out for 4 and a half hours. It was a ton of fun. Before we parted, she asked if we wanted to kiss. For like 10 minutes we just had an awkward conversation about how to do it, where, etc. And then decided to kiss next date. (it would have been both our first kiss)

Then she texted me later last night that she wanted to remain friends. this sucks.

My guess is that it was just too much for her because she is clearly into me. and i really like her.

I mean the club is still a minority in the school, so its not like everyone is interested in politics. Many of the students didnt even know what capitalism was, so a lot are there to learn as well.

Any tips for dating? im kinda nervous tbh. i leave in less than an hour.

Huh I see! Here there isn't much student interested by politics.. Well not in my time lol. It doesn't help that we can only vote at 18 years old. We are out of school, for most of us, when it happens. So a politic club doens't really fit where I come from.

i thought i would have to explain that but it looks like you understand lol

my school isn't really big... there are a few reasons for a high turn out for sign-ups.

    1) every club is required to have a faculty advisor. I chose the history teacher i had last year and EVERY student that has him LOVES him. He's a great guy and very unique!

    2) Reps from the organization came and one of them left the same school last year to be homeschooled. It allows him to have time for political activism and stuff. And he was immensely popular, so that helped.

    3) a lot of people are interested in politics

    4) we were handing out free posters, pins, booklets, stickers, etc.

its pretty cool actually. I started a political club at school and got 100 members! we are funded by an organization too because florida is a huge swing state.

I know them. The other girl is the girl i like's best friend and Im pretty good friends with the guy. Ironically, my friends always joke that im in a gay relationship because we have this mock gay relationship. We have the weirdest text conversations. It probably doesnt help that im like the gayest straight person ever lol. Im not bi either. xD

It's nice for you to be able to talk to a politician!
And I wish you the best of luck on your double date! Do you know the other person or is it a blind date ?

crap thats a long time... you should definitely carpool to save gas + it'll probably be a bit more fun carpooling.

I saw Adam Kokesh, who is pretty controversial among libertarians. He is an anarchs-capitalist and I am as well (though a different branch). He was more intelligent than I thought- i thought he would be more of a feel-good kind of guy.

I also found out about this group called the Rothbardian Circle (Rothbard is our founding economist and theorist) in Miami that gets really good speakers, economics, political theorists, etc. Unfortunately its quite a hike :/ Anyways, Kokesh is pretty big and I got the chance to talk with him.

I got a double date saturday night! I better not screw this up.

its because i did like most of it, i just did it in the wrong order and confused it all and didnt do a few because i didnt have the textbook and my friend sent pics without page numbers. I technically did it, but it wasnt entirely satisfactory.

Last year, half our team were introverts lol. This year, we have some more extroverts and im a bit more extroverted. Last year, we only had 6 players (1 replacement) and this year we got 10 (4 backups). Back ups =/= replacement.

Thats great! Do you get paid or is it only volunteer work? Does your uni have online classes?

Why did he made you redo all the stuff you already did?
Team spirit is always fun... maybe not when you are more introvert tho hehe, and still it depends how you do with the group.
It was worth it, totally hehe. I'll go back tomorrow morning, and then it's back to Uni. Hope I won't be too exhausted for the long drive :/
