Screenshot update in RUBY hacking album. :)

Yep, .PNG. And yeah, you only have to do it once.
-
No, I haven't done anything yet, cause I'm still on vacation.
I just wanted to know ahead of time.
When wanting to turn it transparent, what do I save is as when opening it in Gimp or PS?
.PNG?
When I want to map again, do I have to keep turning it transparent, or just do it once and be done with it?
-
Huh? You made the background transparent, right? Then just save it as a .PNG file.
Also, if you want to edit it in Paint, you'll have to make everything transparent again.
-
Okay, so I just save the entire tileset and open it into either one?
Okay, just two more questions:
1. What do I save it as?
2. Do I only do it once and then it stays transparent?
-
-
How do you make them transparent? :/
-
Hm, sure. You have to make the tileset's white parts transparent, so they are see through and don't delete the tiles that are under them.
-
No problem, it is cool! ^^
Um..do you think you could help me with my RMXP problem?
(View conversation to see.)

Heh, thanks for the picture comment. :)

Hey, I have a question about mapping in RMXP.
I'm having trouble trying to figure out the layers.
You see, when I map, it's weird, cause everything has a white background.
When I try to put the trees on top of each other, it deletes other sections of it.
I tried using the layers...I got some right, but it's still confusing, cause it doesn't wark sometimes.
(Sorry if you can't understand.)
Any help would be greatly appreciated. :3
