    Last time I've shiny hunted was about four years ago back in 2010; long time, haha. It's a pretty tough task.

    Ah, cool beans; will be sure to check it out!

    Yeah, I suppose that could be the reason, but I feel that they could've added more of an "oomph" factor, to get those people that were sitting on the fence about ORAS to decide that "I need to get this game" after playing the demo. It's free nonetheless, so I'm still happy there was even one in the first place. ;)

    Yeah, especially if you breeze through the storyline too quickly, the game loses it's shine after a while. I've been shiny hunting recently and no luck though, turns out finding a match for eggs via TSVs and ESVs do require a bit of effort. :)

    Also, there's a competition at the Psychic club, feel free to check it out. :D

    Linearity is meant to make things more easy to understand for kids, or so I've heard, so perhaps this could be the reason?

    I could definitely see where you're coming from; taking the easy route don't exactly give you any feeling of accomplishment, per se, which does suck. If you get things done yourself without any cheat, on the other hand, does give you that "accomplished" feeling, haha.

    It was pretty fun, especially when you could get a glimpse of the new Megas, overworld flying and the like. Yet I felt that while exploring and appreciating the new features was nice, they could have done more with it instead of making it *completely* linear.

    Yeah, I managed to work the Powersaves! License Key and Email registered without a hitch, and looking through the codes I'm actually pretty surprised how far hacking has come this generation. IV codes for 0,30 and 31 stats are even avaliable now, along with the ability to obtain custom Pokemon through the Wondercard Modifier.

    I'm probably going to stick to Rare Candies, data backup and the ability to check boxes of eggs for TSVs and ESV, which was probably the main reason why I bought it. Not too fond of hacking in or editing Pokemon to be perfect, because if did that in previous generations and the game got boring fast, and I don't quite agree with using some of the exploits for online use either.

    Haha, yeah, maybe; it does sound reasonable, haha.

    Yup, I did, and have played it. It was pretty fun! What are you thoughts on it?

    Yeah, I'll be checking it out in a bit and I'm looking foward to see if it'll live up to it's name - feedback about it's been good so far, so I'm really hoping it'll work out.

    Definitely. Maybe GameFreak intended it to be that way, so the composed looking Kyogre and the fierce looking Groudon would be balanced out by Rayquaza? (Sorry about that, my logic and reasoning gets a bit out of hand sometimes xD.)

    Then again, what's your thoughts on the ORAS demo? Did you manage to get a code?

    That's perfectly fine, haha. Ah, that's good! Let me know if you encounter any error or not (hopefully, you won't)!

    Yeah, I get what you mean; blue's also one of my favorites. Reason why I'm more fond of Groudon, though, is because of its body structure, which, to me, is more fierce-looking. =)

    Really sorry for the late reply, I have a tendency to forget about what I'm supposed to be doing very quickly. ;_;

    On another note, I've just bought a Powersaves Pro! Apparently the store I got it from offers me a 7-day warranty and return period, so as long as it's a Powersaves and not a device problem if it pops up I'll be good to go. I don't have it with me right now, but I'm really keen to start backing my saves up and checking my eggs.

    Yeah, Groudon isn't a bad choice - I just lean to Kyogre more due to blue being my color of choice over Groudon's red. This may change with Primal Reversion though, I haven't excatly seen and studied the artwork in detail as of yet.

    I see; that makes sense! Getting sense of accomplishment is never a bad thing!

    I haven't had any trouble with it so far, thankfully. I've heard of those stories, too, but I'm not sure how I've managed to avoid such things. I suppose I might be just lucky? Haha.

    I'll likely be getting Omega Ruby, due to Groudon being my favorite and all. I might get AS at some point, too, but I'm not completely sure.

    I actually only do custom Pokeballs for the opening animations and to give a sense of accomplishment to my breeding projects, but I get where you're coming from. I don't get how Pokeballs get passed down, anyway. ;_;

    How's your experience with Powersaves, if I may ask? I've seen many scare stories while doing some poking around on the Net by getting a wrong license key, bricking the cartridge, losing saves et cetera. Are these the minority, because I'd hate to see my efforts on the cart go to waste. :p

    I'm actually leaning towards Alpha simply because I like Kyogre better for asethetical reasons, but I may change my mind in the long run. I never really was a fan of Groudon though, so that will probably end up being a huge factor.

    I'm personally don't like having Pokémon in custom PokéBall, as it makes things look sort of artificial in my eyes, if you know what I mean! I could definitely understand why others would like them, though, haha.

    Ah, that sounds cool. I already have Powersaves, but don't usually do anything with it aside from backing up save files (I'm not really sure if it allows us to do anything else, either). Nope, I haven't done it yet, but am planning to!

    Sat, which version are you getting? =)

    Yes, on average it takes a few hours to breed a 5IV Pokemon, even more so if you need to get the egg moves, hidden ability and even a custom Pokeball which is what I usually do with most of my projects if I can. Easily takes up a day or two. But, it's a nice thing to do when you have time to spend, so I can't complain too much. :p

    It's funny you should bring that up. :p
    I'm actually deciding whether to get a Powersaves for my breeding purposes and save back up or to just pre order ORAS. I usually won't be able to get a copy on the release date, so I'd probably preorder it if I decide to get it over Powersave at the moment. I will be getting it, though. Have you preordered it yet? ^_^

    Yeah, I could imagine. Breeding in general is actually pretty time-consuming.

    So, are you planning to get ORAS?
