so keeping the nature the same isn't helping ?
-
I'm completely confused lol,
i understand though that apparently my top zoruas aren't good enough
i thought timid would be good to increase its speed, in order to get attacks in, while taking away from its already high attack stats
i do have like a level 64 ditto that was transferred over from pokemon Y thats what i was using until i got the female timid
i have destiny knott and an everstone

Yes I'm saying that with newly hatched Pokemon the stats won't change if the nature doesn't.

The other comment was a typo it was supposed to say
I rarely see changes in the stats unless there is a different Nature

I was wondering what moves because for some reason I thought most of Zorua moves were physical so the the choice of timid kind of surprised me.

Neither of your parents have any 31 IVs.
The Judge says something about "they can't be beat" at the end if they do.
With the Destiny Knot you will be passing down 5 random IV from both parents. And one completely random.
You have a choice to keep using these parents and keep checking with the Judge until you get an offspring with better IVs. Use that one for a parent and repeat until you get the IVs you're looking for.
Or hunt for better parents. Then do the above step.
If you're playing ORAS the DexNav may help because when you get it leveled up high enough to show potential it will show you up to 3 perfect IVs. It shows 1 marking for each 31 IV under "Potential"
or you can visit the trade forums see if someone has a parent with better IVs to trade or a Ditto.

are you saying that unless there is a nature change there won't be any stat change?
-
huh? not following
move set I'm looking at flame thrower, and dark pulse at least not really sure been a lot of debate over which moveset is best

What moves are you planning to use?
Make sure the Timid parent holds the Everstone.
The Everstone garuantees that the nature will be passed down.

I've searched the internet tried to read all the info i can find on how to make this work, i just thought id see some kind of stat changes even if its like 2points
-
ok let me try with the parents
yes I'm trying to work on getting hi IVs so as to actually not get killed in online competition and I've bred over 80 zoruas i know thats probably not many but it just is a let down not to see any stats changing, i did manage to get them to start getting the TIMID though

Hey saw your post re IVs thought maybe I could help.
It seems to me that you want high IV Pokemon.
Take both of your parents out of the Daycare.
Present them to the Judge in the Pokemon Center Kiloude for XY or Battle Resort in ORAS.
What does he tell you?
