ya you are ancient. honesty, I'm only 16 and i feel old sometimes. mostly when i stand up after sitting in a cramped space cause I'm 6'3. some of my posts on PC say I'm 6'2, but i recently found out I've grown. i really need to my best friend, who is 6'5.

Maybe i can be considered old when i turn 17 soon. xD

Ya too bad I'm only 16 and dont have a political science degree. Nor am I a professor. Nothing about me makes me a legitimate political theorist, so i have basically no credibility lol. Literally nothing i think of and add to Henryism will ever hold any importance or relevance to anyone. :/

I also draw from a pretty extensive (and varied) list of political theorists, but the combination of different, changed, and augmented ideas make my work original. And a lot of it is my own ideas. So I'm proud to say Henryism is original. Which is partly my goal in doing this- the originality makes me feel good.

A big part of Henryism is that many ideologies can fit under it, which I got the idea from John Rawl's "Overlapping Consensus" as part of his Theory of Justice. I disagree with him on everything (especially cause he is a Social Contract theorist, and I prefer Compact Theory, among other stuff), but its the idea of appealing to everyone that I like.

    How old are you?

"Henryism defines a universal standard to objectively judge the “goodness" government, wherein “good” is the ability to maintain long-term the rightfulness and legitimacy of such government, and “bad” is the failure to achieve long-term rightfulness and/or legitimacy. Henryism analyzes rightfulness and legitimacy, and applies these often interdependent requirements consistently to produce a suggestion for the optimal form of government, whose purpose is to retain its rightfulness and legitimacy."

Its a working definition. Also Henryism is just a provisional name. I can't think of an original name lol. In case you are wondering, here are the definitions for "rightful" and "legitimate."

Rightful: The evaluation of the voluntary and consensual nature of a government, usually represented by a constitution and express written consent by citizenry.

Legitimate: The measurement of a government's relevancy on the world stage and a government's ability to preform basic functions.

There is much more, such as what "long-term" is, what the basic functions are, how to maintain legitimacy and rightfulness long-term, differentiating between imperative and secondary strategies for the long-term, etc.

Then of course the practical application and purpose- to judge existing and past governments based on their goodness, and then describe what a "Henryist" government and society would most likely look like based on the standards created.

    What did you expect lol?

Ill admit, Im not a normal 16 year old. The most recent thing I have done outside the norm is begin to create my own political ideology. So far its going well, but its difficult. So far I have got the structure and definitions down; I just need to expand it and stuff. Im trying to figure out the best medium for writing it all out. So far its about 2 pages worth of notes with arrows and starred important stuff and everything.

I live in the the US. you?

I think it's legal to serve if you're 18 or older? It is weird though haha I have no idea why that is.

I am a server for a catering company. I do parties and stuff. My job is 2 hours of setting up, 5 hours of the party, and then 1 hour of cleaning up afterwards. At least that was my last party. I would probably have to serve for longer if its an adult party with alcohol and stuff.

Quite honestly, I didnt even know its legal for me to serve alcohol because I can't even drink. xD
