the prison system is to keep up the protectionist racket, similar to how the perpetual wars on drugs and terror help expand/protect a government's protectionist racket (its especially beneficial to them because its an excuse to take away liberties and increase taxation without an worry of an enemy government taking over their protectionist racket)

Yeah man they do it just to make a quick buck. Only reason we have a prison system is for them to strip us of our liberties and to make money off of us and if we get it out and don't pay them they throw us back in there.

A private road system would ban drunk driving because people wouldnt drive on a road with tons of deaths due to drunk drivers.

You have been arrested for cannabis? that seriously sucks man. I dont do drugs, or plan to, but it is sickening that people are arrested, have their property seized, and forced into jail for nothing.

I'm sorta mixed on laws.. Image how many intoxicated drives would get behind the wheel if they didn't have a law enforcing DUI. But at the same time, that's violating privacy and if caught seizing our property and arresting us. Been arrested for cannabis possession like 4 times and it's retarded, why should they even care? I ain't harming anybody.. Besides, it's my body not theirs.

they enforce the law, not protect the people. the law's existence violates property rights and rights to self-ownership.

I believe in private security firms as an alternative.

True. What are your beliefs on having police to enforce the law?

the government has no business existing. they are funded by violence. And them spying or encroaching on property is even worse.

Yes, that information is yours and or the recipient you are sending/receiving information to/from. The government has no business getting into my muk. Just like they have no business walking into my home to take what is not theirs. They don't even have the right to step foot on my property if I don't want them to.

legality/illegality is irrelevant to me. Legality does not equate morality. Do you mean it is a violation of property rights and/or self ownership for the government to be spying?

But within a single state it could...

I keep asking them how you count to 10 while skipping 2 and they refuse to answer. They also don't seem to realize it's illegal to search everyones home without a warrant. Meaning you now have to count to 10 while skipping 2 and 4. The only way to take our guns away is by force while would be illegal. To legally obtain our weapons every state would have to win by 51% for anti gun and that would never happen.

    I don't know either.

ya, it would be significantly easier to take away the rest of our rights. *cough UN cough* They literally are trying to ban hentai in the name of women's rights lol.

Im not a gun owner, but idk if I would comply or not with the law. I really dont want to die in a shootout haha. I would probably try to find ways around it, give away my current firearm to the gov, and then buy an illegal firearm off the black market and keep it hidden.

idk what these guys are trying to argue tbh. they have yet to justify how they have a right to my property.

I love how he keeps bringing "unobtainable" items in the discussion. I don't know what he's trying to prove??

I know I was just saying as in gun violence in America. A majority is gang bangers. We have a major problem with them in America, more so here than any other country. As well as getting cartels, mafia, mob's, etc involved because gangs do trades with them. Hence, criminals lol.

I don't think it would be anarchy, but it would make it easier to strip of the rest of our rights; freedom of speech, religion, etc.
Some, but a majority probably not lol. Most would sacrifice their life because they believe in their freedom, I know I would. If they want my gun, they'll have to kill me first.
