March 5th, 2018 2:40 AMBlueredemptionI disappeared again lol. College has been fine, just a lot of work. Finally on spring break, just in time to be hit with multiple nor'easters :D Coming back to see all this happening is rough though.
Anyway how you been? -
May 21st, 2017 10:40 PMBlueredemptionOooh AP, that thing I avoided throughout high school until I took AP stats and got a 5 ;)
College has been fine. First semester was rough, but I got to pick my schedule for the second and I made it actually reasonable. I have had more issues with my vehicle than with classes, which is good I guess? -
May 19th, 2017 12:37 PMSomewhere_AP exams are over and prom is coming up! :D
How has college been? -
May 18th, 2017 9:22 PMBlueredemptionHey! You are still around I see. Did I miss anything? I had been too busy with college to come on here, and when I did have time LoL took it lol.
How ya been? -
October 29th, 2016 6:18 PMSomewhere_thats good! Do you like it better than high school?
darn! I wanted that vote haha. :P
Ill be 17 soon, so ill definitely be able to vote for the next presidential election in 2020. Ill probably vote in local elections in the mean time, but I dont know anything about local politics. -
October 29th, 2016 10:02 AMBlueredemptionFor the most part, I am passing all of my classes etc.
Sorry, went and voted today :P as much as i hate the both of them i'll play damage control this election... sucks though.
you will be able to vote soon right? definitely by next election. If there still is a country. -
October 24th, 2016 10:57 AMSomewhere_You should totally check it out!
That stinks, but is college going well now?
Give me your vote then! :P I want to be able to vote pretty badly lol -
October 23rd, 2016 7:52 PMBlueredemptionHmm, no, but I'll check it out. I have a smart phone but I never use it like one xD
Nah, it just had break issues... Took a bite out of my pocket. I had no time to prepare, and I was also taking a summer class that was just starting to get difficult. So yeah, I got burnt out the first week of college lol.
Yeah, if doesn't matter if you have been a government 1000 years if you aren't legitimate. Speaking of governments, I don't want to vote for either of the candidates right now... ;_; -
October 23rd, 2016 4:15 PMSomewhere_Have you heard of the 30/30 application? If you have a smart phone, its great for time management. I started using it this weekend and its great!
Did the car break down? Whats wrong with working 40 hours a week before college? did ya burn yourself out?
I think about that fairly often. How adulthood will much harder haha.
Thats why I said working definition lol. I wrote that up in like 2 seconds. Although I should keep the "long-term" part in there because that is VERY important. Paramount. -
October 23rd, 2016 2:29 PMBlueredemptionHah, in college and am slowly recovering. I had a rough start with my classes, and my high school academics didn't put me to the level I needed to me for my major (physics). Had to drop physics 1 and another elective to stabilize myself. Holding together, but still have time managment issues. Here is a tip: don't work 40 hours a week up until the first day of college. I commute by the way, and have had a bit of car trouble too.
Good luck with your endevers xD remember to enjoy how easy highschool is, because it will get harder.
That political ideology is a bit repetitive, rightfulness and legitimacy appears 4 times. You could shorten it by replacing "“bad” is the failure to achieve long-term rightfulness and/or legitimacy" with ""bad" is the failure to do so". And that last part could be cut off entirety...? Although that's just being nitpicky lol. I wish government would follow that standard. -
October 23rd, 2016 10:18 AMSomewhere_Its going great! If i remember correctly, you were applying for college classes? How did that go?
Im a busy guy. Between clubs, social life, failing at getting a girlfriend, honors/AP courses, etc. In my free time I have been inventing an original political ideology. Here is the working definition (Henryism is only a temporary name):
"Henryism defines a universal standard to objectively judge the “goodness" government, wherein “good” is the ability to maintain long-term the rightfulness and legitimacy of such government, and “bad” is the failure to achieve long-term rightfulness and/or legitimacy. Henryism analyzes rightfulness and legitimacy, and applies these often interdependent requirements consistently to produce a suggestion for the optimal form of government, whose purpose is to retain its rightfulness and legitimacy." -
October 23rd, 2016 10:07 AMBlueredemptionHey, how's it going?

Now I have a bit of a break though, even though I am taking a summer precalc class and have a job that takes up all my time... So yeah, much meh.
