I suppose so, lol. Old habits die hard. I figure some people I know in real life could probably figure out my identity, but in general, I prefer to separate my internet hobbies from my "real" life. Although I think a devoted internet crazy with additional resources could probably identify most of us (by IP if need be), in the end. I share a few personal details here and there, but I tend not to publicize them too much, and there are certain things I keep private. Although I'm a lot less uptight about it than I was, say, 10-12 years ago...

No, it isn't. It's a sort of roundabout story of how I ended up with that name for games (started out as a mistake actually), but it stuck, so I use it for my pseudonym for all of my games now pretty much. Plus, I like to keep my real name anonymous online where I can, so with the advent of internet-based gaming, it works pretty well.
