Rei is basically trying to eradicate all pokemon by making a wish on Jirachi, and he leads Team Enel, of course. That much can be seen as obvious, since that's most of my plots. However, while you're going on your gym quest, it gets cut off after the 4th badge, so you can't fight any more gyms.

Those are a couple of details, now I can get onto the whole story arc of the two-part hack. (There will be two games in this)

Pokemon Black Crystal: Enel: Rei invades and forms Team Enel, who are stealing from people and killing pokemon to obtain resources so they could find Jirachi, however, they are rivalled by the criminals who want to be free to do what they want, which happens to be the same thing, sans the exterminating pokemon part. Eventually, you side with the criminals, and take down Team Enel.

After the storyline, where the region is beginning to go down the drain, there are two people, Marcus and Drake, who are taking advantage of this by running for office. Normally this wouldn't be a bad thing, but you notice a small symbol of Enel wherever they appear that no one else sees, since it was never shown to them. So you chase them to a volcano, and fight them.

Pokemon Black Crystal: Licentia: After 30 years, the region is now a third-world region now. Its pokemon league is a thing of the past, and half of the country is ruled by criminals, who named their group Licentia. After the events of Platinum, Cyrus runs into the region, and is offered a choice to join them. He refuses, wanting time to think of his own plans, but he gets chased out. The police catch him, and force him to take care of the threat with new pokemon.

He goes around combating Licentia wherever they pop up. The first game, I don't care if it's spoiled a bit, but the second game's plot I want to keep in my head for now. But trust me, it will be great. And yes, you play as Cyrus... the same one from Platinum.

That's the plot in a nutshell, I guess.

So far, all I have is Route 1 mapped, and Pallet Town stripped bare. You know what? I'll show you Route 1, just because I'm a nice guy, as well as what Pallet Town should have looked like. I'm not doing any scripting until I'm done mapping, actually, but it didn't take me long to do this.

    Route 401:

    Old Starting Town:

I'm remapping the starting town, since I lost it a while ago, however, I got a screenshot of it, so it's okay.

Nor do I, but I take special care about EVs for boss fights so that it can be tougher. In that fight, we have a defensive person (Marcus. Yes, that Marcus) and an offensive person (Drake. From another RP you were in. Zimvee's old RP.). The defensive person is there so the two don't lose, and the offensive person is there to deal massive amounts of damage.

No, that's how much EVs to put into it. That increases its DEF from what its base is. It has a few more points of DEF then it would with 0 EVs. If a pokemon had 4 Spd EV, then it'd gain an extra boost with its speed during level up. My knowledge is a little flawed, but trust me, it isn't weak.

Eh, true. Like I said, limited comprehension in Competitive double battling. If I understood it better, then I could be able to make a truly tough fight. But what weaknesses are you talking about? Did you see the weaknesses in the team by reading it, or something? If so, then I could use your help with this.

Well I suppose with those weaknesses it COULD be an easy battle...

For some reason, I'm going to put in a pretty tough double battle in my hack. It is the best my limited comprehension for competitive battling. Tell me if this would be hard. It's post Enel, so... yeah. Also remember, this is a double battle.

    Spoiler:

    Marcus' Team

Lv. 100 Scizor (Item: Lum Berry) (Moveset: Uber Lead) (Position: Lead 1)
    Nature: Adamant
    Ability: Technician
    Sex: Male
Moves: Bug Bite, Bullet Punch, Brick Break, Roost
    EVs: 248 HP / 10 Atk / 252 SpD

Lv. 100 Blissey (Item: Leftovers) (Moveset: Ubers Wisher) (Position: Wall/Support)
    Nature: Calm
    Ability: Natural Cure
    Sex: Female
Moves: Wish, Protect, Ice Beam, Toxic
    EVs: 252 Def / 84 SpA / 172 SpD

Lv. 100 Wobbuffet (Item: Leftovers) (Moveset: Oh no! It's Wobbuffet!) (Position: Revenge Killer/Support)
    Nature: Jolly
    Ability: Shadow Tag
    Sex: Male
Moves: Encore, Counter, Mirror Coat, Safeguard
    EVs: 28 HP / 228 Def / 252 SpD

    Drake's Team

Lv. 100 Deoxys (Speed) (Item: Lum Berry) (Moveset: Lead) (Position: Lead 2)
    Nature: Jolly
    Ability: Pressure
    Sex: Genderless
Moves: Stealth Rock, Spikes, Taunt, Extremespeed
    EVs: 252 HP / 4 Def / 252 Spe

Lv. 100 Latios (Item: Soul Dew) (Moveset: All Out Attacker) (Position: Special Sweeper)
    Nature: Timid
    Ability: Levitate
    Sex: Male
Moves: Draco Meteor, Grass Knot, Thunder, Dragon Pulse
    EVs: 4 HP / 252 SpA / 252 Spe

Lv. 100 Groudon (Item: Life Orb) (Moveset: Rock Polish) (Position: Special Sweeper 2)
    Nature: Jolly
    Ability: Drought
    Sex: Genderless
Moves: Rock Polish, Earthquake, Stone Edge, Swords Dance
    EVs: 112 HP / 252 Atk / 8 Def / 136 Spe

Scizor: Scizor is the first lead in the combo, belinging to Marcus. Bug Bite is a powerful STAB attack, which earns a spot on its moveset, Bullet Punch is another powerful attack, which can go after Ice and Rock types. Brick Break is there as a powerful attack, and to break through barriers you or David might put up, so be careful about that, and it can roost off damage.

Blissey: As a powerful wall, Blissey fits in with the defense portion of this team, it can wall off many attacks, and recover with Wish. Protect is another defense measure to consider while fighting it. Ice Beam is there to fight back with, and Toxic poisons its opponents pokemon. With that to watch out for, you'd better bring a bunch of Full Heals.

Wobbuffet: Wobbuffet is Marcus' last pokemon, and it can be tough. With Shadow Tag, no one can switch out, and it can return attacks with both Counter and Mirror Coat. Safeguard is to prevent it from getting status inflictions.

    Drake's Team:

Deoxys (Speed): This thing will likely get off Spikes or Stealth Rock, due to its high speed, so you're going to have to watch out for that. Extremespeed is another problem, it being farly powerful and allowing Deoxys-S to go first, and Taunt forces you to attack for 3-5 turns, preventing you from lowering either pokemon's status.

Latios: A powerful Sweeper, one of two in this insane double team. Draco Meteor is the Dragon's equivalent of Hyper Beam, and with STAB in place, that raises its Base power from 150 to 225, which is insanely devastating. Grass Knot is to get an advantage over heavier pokemon, Thunder is to take down water type threats such as Lugia or Ho-oh, and Dragon Pulse is there for a STAB in case Draco Meteor rund out of PP.

Groudon: Another powerful sweeper, and quite possibly the most dangerous opponent in this fight. Groudon can already hit hard, and with Rock Polish, it can become faster, but it's still not done! If it can get up Swords Dance, it will be devastating. Earthquake is a STAB 100 Base Power attack, and with Groudon's high POW, it will do some damage. Stone Edge is there to devastate flying, ice, and fire type pokemon.
