May 11th, 2014 4:40 PMwaveguidebuizelOh, sure. I suppose I need to get set up too. >_<
-
May 11th, 2014 4:27 PMIncinermynYes, I do. Give me a few minutes. I'm in the middle of another game and have to save before I can switch. Then I'll try and be on.

May 11th, 2014 4:12 PMwaveguidebuizelAh, I see. Anyways, let me know if you want to do that battle tonight. I'll try to check back here periodically.

May 11th, 2014 10:32 AMIncinermynYes, they were. It was on a Japanese TV Pokémon show last night.

May 10th, 2014 9:02 PMwaveguidebuizelI've had little doubt that Ruby and Sapphire would get remade. :) Or I guess semi-remade, as you said (since the other two remakes were semi-remakes as well). Were the mega evolutions confirmed? I just assumed that their looks on the boxart were their mega-versions.
-
May 10th, 2014 3:17 AMIncinermynOk. I just wanted to offer. These things are hard to track down.
On a side-note: Well, it's confirmed! Omega Ruby and Alpha Sapphire are semi-remakes of the original Ruby and Sapphire games. I say semi-remake because a true remake has to follow the original storyline to a T, and they just confirmed that Kyogre and Groudon get Mega Evolutions. -
May 9th, 2014 6:26 PMwaveguidebuizelNah, it's alright. I don't need one, but thanks!

May 9th, 2014 4:14 PMIncinermynDo you want an Aroma Veil Spritzee while I'm still breeding them? If so, let me know.
-
May 6th, 2014 6:32 AMIncinermynAck, don't remind me. I was trying to do a 100% complete in this game, but it's VERY hard to find things without dying. Ick, I used up 122 lives just beating my first run-through because of all the item hunting. I want to play it again soon, but I've been a little distracted.
-
May 5th, 2014 7:19 PMwaveguidebuizelI don't remember that much of the SNES one. It was so long ago, and we only rented it a few times. Pretty sure we didn't beat it, though. But yeah, the collectable items can get tricky! I like that you have to think pretty hard sometimes, despite it being a platformer.
-
May 5th, 2014 3:05 AMIncinermynI think I beat the SNES one, or at least came REALLY close. I don't know... It's been so long. I know there were some levels that kind of gave me nightmares (Prince Froggy's Castle was one because Magikoopa/Kamek actually shrinks you and you get eaten whole by the boss. Another was this weird level that made you run along clouds and try to get through a maze in world 6...I can't remember what it was named). In comparison, Yoshi's New Island isn't really that hard, but there are a lot of spots that are essentially meant to trap you. They aren't hard to avoid, but they also happen to be spots where collectable items happen to be.
-
May 4th, 2014 7:32 PMwaveguidebuizelHeh, I always thought the Yoshi's Island games were pretty tough! I've played the SNES way back, and the DS one, but I don't think I've ever beaten them.
-
May 4th, 2014 7:20 PMIncinermynYoshi's New Island is fun, but short. The SNES original had eight worlds, and this one only has six. It's still insanely hard! You will die...constantly! There are aid items, but to beat the full game you can't finish levels using them. Bowser will...well, I'll let you find out when you get it.

May 4th, 2014 7:09 PMwaveguidebuizelAbout three years old since I've gotten it, I believe.
Haha, I've been trying to beat Fire Emblem Awakening lately, but same here. It didn't end when I expected; with the new paralogues popping up right at the end, I just had to go for them. The amount of content in these games are great, aren't they? :D Oh, how's Yoshi's New Island? I've been thinking about getting that eventually (along with A Link between Worlds and Layton 6, and by then, Smash Bros. 4). >_< Ahhh, I missed your birthday! Happy (super-belated) birthday! :P -
May 4th, 2014 6:36 PMIncinermynEh, how old is your laptop if I may ask? Well, I'm good. I have actually been busy with work and not playing Pokemon as much lately. I've been trying to beat Etrian Odyssey Untold lately, and OMG, THAT GAME DOESN'T END! Meh, I got Yoshi's New Island for my birthday on April 18th, and that was fun. Mmm, that's pretty much my month in a nutshell. I thought I was having connection issues on my PC tonight, but I think it was just me trying to connect too fast to my wifi. Whatever it was, it straightened itself out.
