Never mind, I just noticed your post! haha, my goals don't include a certain weight or BF percentage, I train purely for performance... I didn't know what a TRX pullup was, I googled it and it looks tough, congrats on your progress! ;D
My motivation to train comes from my ambition to be a Firefighter. Also, I enjoy training in general, especially HIIT since it's so much more enjoyable then the exercises I used to do a year ago with not much benefits (Isolated exercises and long slow bouts of cardio which took up to 1 - 2hours of my day). Are you into training as well?
