Her worker is absolute rubbish. Barely answers her phone calls, and almost NEVER returns them.

Yeah, I dunno. Either way, I know that it isn't right. I know that it isn't supposed to be this way, because there is no way in HELL that 90 bucks a month is supposed to feed 3 people...

Dunno, maybe because he's classed as a dependent on the passport? Or if he's registering his tax at your home address? Who knows? It's stuff they should be checking but they just don't.
Sorting out income and taxes and all that is frustrating. I'm on my own now so I have to chase up everything, it's really confusing.. @[email protected]

My biggest problem is that they make all their changes and everything without actually consulting the people who are involved. For example, my brother has a job and they are trying to count his income as the household income and thus give us less in Welfare etc. The issue is that... his income IS NOT our income. He has his own life that he needs to start working towards, and that means he can't exactly be spending all his money on his family. And apart from that, he pays rent even, so I don't quite understand what their issue is...

Don't get me started on the government and welfare things. Seriously.. it's so messed up I can't even comprehend it. They dont actually even screen people it's like they just throw out some arbitrary amount. Makes me so angry. >_>

Hahaha I know that feeling! Businesses have a certain degree of excellence that they should live up to, and when they don't, it bothers me. Like when I go to Safeway and there are ten people in line and the only have one register open. It's like.. WTF. We are trying to get the hell outta this damn store, open up some more lines. But it especially bothers me when they are federal programs such as Welfare(not so much a business, but w/e). I'm usually with my mom in these situations, so I keep my cool, but I don't understand how she can't. Especially considering that the situations we are in right now, are not situations that we should be going through... For some reason, they give us 90 bucks a month for 3 people, while my cousin who has just himself on record gets like 200, and my neighbors who have 2 people get like 400. I don't know what it is, but if I were her, I would not let that be happening. We clearly should be getting a lot more money, but she just has no damn back bone! She just rolls over and lets them do all this messed up crap. Her social workers ignore her calls, and when she leaves messages, they never call her back. And instead of actually getting angry about this, she opts to dance their little dance and doesn't even get anything about it. It really, really pisses me off. She gives up before she even really tries...

Well, despite anyone's age, people should be treated as equals. Problem with kids, and not saying you are one, is that often times they exaggerate things, which paves a bad path for other kids who may not exactly be doing so. I know I'm generalizing things, but they turn something trivial into a big deal, and usually this is because they don't have their priorities sorted.. and hormones. Adults also do this, but yeah.. sometimes responsibilities hit adults like a brick wall and they're forced to finally grow up. Some never do.
@[email protected] I just wish I had a bit less stress as there is always something I need to sort out. But I totally get what you mean. Sometimes I'll walk into a store and I'll get dismissed as being a kid because I'm only 4'10" (and almost 24 years old mind you.) It's annoying because.. doesn't matter who I am, they should be doing their job- so I'll end up writing emails to complain about the customer service. Not useful in every situation, but at least I can vent a little by doing that and something can actually be done about it.

Trust me, I'm done with being a kid. There is so much stigma around it, and being far more mature than most people my age, it bothers me--the amount of disrespect that I automatically garner just because of my age. It honestly has given me a sort of Authority Problem, because I feel that even despite my age, I should be treated as an equal, which is a concept that most adults just don't seem to get. And of course, since they disrespect me, I show only that same level of respect back, and it doesn't go very good from there >.> I should probably learn to pick my battles, but at the same time, I'm tired of being walked over by all these people.. namely my Grandpa, who is a huge douche, but yeah...

Haha, well, even if people did mind, I'm not really the sort to get caught up on that type of thing. And you know... it is pretty nice to be alive! I've had a few near-death experiences since then, the scariest one being the one that I don't even remember. I suppose though, that it's my fault for being stupid >.> But eh, I'm just a kid, I still have time to be stupid(:

I don't think anyone minds, really. Glad you've been alright- ya know.. nice to see you're still alive haha. You disappeared for a while, and I remember keeping a PM I had from you a long while back that was nice. Always wondered where you went but it is nice to see you're back around and posting. By the way, nice tattoo :33

Spot on, although I suppose I wasn't exactly keeping it a secret. I've been alright. It could be a lot better, but then again... it could be a lot worse.
