Strongly. Now that a new version of Redshark has been released (a program that allows you to play the TCG on your PC, if I didn't already tell you) to have the new Legends Awakened set (of which Magnezone X is in. Kingdra is there too, which gives me something to play against), I've been doing a bit of testing. And really, I'm liking how it plays.

90%? Damn...As for your new deck, are you still considering using Zone?

You underestimate how strongly PLOX ruled the format. About 90% of people used that deck, and it all runs the same way. And I don't really deserve props for running something different, as it was really me being lazy- I had run the same exact deck for six months. If I had wanted to do something different, I would have run a Scizor deck (which would have been an awesome idea).

Three losses to the same deck, from different people? That sounds like they all use the same generic crap. Props to you for using something different (if it was different people)

The first few losses weren't so bad- it was my own fault that I lost my first match anyway (I forgot how to count momentarily. :/). It was just after losing three times to the same exact deck in the same exact method (turn 3, lost Wager, P-lock, shutdown), I got annoyed.

I know what you mean. Losing frustrates me and makes it harder to win in another match

Like I said, I'll probably make something completely different (that new Magnezone Lv. X looks pretty sexy...), but yes, I'm definitely working on something new for next year.

As for the losses, well, I didn't really have a chance in the first place- I underestimated the competition and the power of the decks they ran. I did get worked up a bit after the first couple losses, but I did have fun in the end.

So I'm assuming you'll be re-working on your deck for next year?

And it's good to see someone that can take a loss and not get all worked up.

Not every common deck. Most deck archetypes don't revolve around shutting down, and as such, don't play many Wagers. However, PLOX (short for Psychic Lock), a deck that 90% of people at Worlds ran, runs 3-4 of it. And after a Psychic Lock and lost Wager, I'm left completely shut down.

Speaking of Worlds, I went 4-4 in the Grinders (coming back from going 1-4; although my last three wins consisted of a bye, a donk (which refers to winning by killing an opponent's only Basic before he can set up), and an excellent match against a strong opponent that put me in a good mood for the rest of the evening). I really underestimated the power of PLOX- the deck I ran really didn't have a chance. But hey, there's always next year- and fortunately, it won't be dominated by a single overpowered deck. Either way, I had fun. :)

Ouch...It seems you are in quite a tough situation. Is Galactics Wager extremely common? As in, every generic deck posseses it?

No, Galactic's Wager simply RUINS my deck. My deck is based off of getting a LOT of Water energies into my hand to deal damage. When my opponent Wagers, I have to shuffle my entire hand into my deck, and I can end up with a measly three cards. Add onto it Psychic Lock, which restricts me from using Poke-Powers, which are my main method of cycling through my deck and getting energies. It just shuts you down.

But if I can knock out Gardevoir before she can P-Lock, I can usually win. It's just that PLOX charges up hella fast. >:(

You must PM it to me one day. Most of the hentai today is plain uncreative.

I really do hope you do well, if you're going to try out for the Worlds, you must be able to handle Galactic's Wager
