May 26th, 2015 10:50 AMChikaraHey there
-
May 25th, 2015 4:14 PMMelody*sneaks in and taps you on the shoulder* Hiii!
-
October 16th, 2011 7:04 PMMelodyWell, you should let your bosses know that the others are doing that to you. Obviously your coworkers aren't being very nice...and they're probably taking advantage of you being nice?
-
October 16th, 2011 7:00 PMChikaraIt's because I'm part time. If I go over my scheduled hours I'm taking away from the full timers hours.
But the thing is, there's three people in the bakery, the manager, one full time, and me the part timer. Work gets shoved on me, so I end up leaving late. It's just bad luck I guess. -
October 16th, 2011 6:56 PMMelodyHow does that make sense? XD
Doesn't matter if you are a manager...don't your bosses set your hours? Shouldn't they be blamed for making your workload un-finishable in the allotted time-frame? Or not making sure you're not taking too much overtime? -
October 16th, 2011 6:53 PMChikaraI'm gonna get in trouble for going over hours and I just don't care lol.
-
October 16th, 2011 6:43 PMMelodylol
Wow. I hate 12 hour work days. -
October 16th, 2011 6:40 PMChikaraI just got done with my 3rd 12 hour work day in a row. LOL RESPONSIBILITIES.
-
October 16th, 2011 6:37 PMMelodyYes. Yes it does. I can totally relate to that sadly. D8
-
October 16th, 2011 6:34 PMChikaraSucks having to be y'know... responsible ):
-
October 15th, 2011 1:28 AMMelodyI'm doing similarly well. Just the usual stuff.
-
October 14th, 2011 2:20 PMChikaraLaaate reply, I've been so out of it the past few days and still kind of am right now. Other than that, I'm doing well. And you?
-
October 11th, 2011 10:01 PMMelodyAll debates aside, how have you been?
-
October 10th, 2011 11:14 AMMelodyIt's not that I go along on my VMs/BCs and go "OSHII- I SO DISAGREE" *delete*.
If I've deleted it, chances are they're the ones sounding like the bigger douche overall...or I simply see no gain from arguing the point with that person and simply want them to leave the topic be and agree to disagree. For me, deletion is not only a tool to remove trolling comments, but it's a tool to close a topic with someone if I have to. Usually a deletion with no reason is the "Closed" sign...if I left a reason for it, then you've probably offended and I'm mentioning as such.
You look a lot more douchey when you say things like "You're asking for a trolling"...because you know as well as I do that only immature people can't tolerate being ignored and silenced. By tuning them out it hurts their feelings yes, but that's unavoidable sometimes. It's not worth the drama of arguing the point if they won't even keep an open mind to your side or they keep making mindless references like you're making to the fact that I do strictly moderate my VMs/BCs and keep the pointless stuff from littering those areas.
In all rights, it's my own right to be a neat freak about my VMs and such...and prune the unproductive stuff as it dies off, and immediately remove ruder remarks as a warning. -
October 10th, 2011 10:58 AMMelodySounds like invalid blame placement if I ever heard it. Kinda silly that people get worked up over a deleted comment.
Usually if I delete a comment it's to keep myself from seeing it and acting on it later if I happen to hop back on again later in a worse mood than before. So in reality, me deleting things like that is being NICE...compared to possibly ignoring the person or going off on them and giving them my full and frank opinion.
