July 19th, 2009 8:51 PMicomeanon6Hallo thar rite bak at thee, sir. I've been a-okay. Now that I have a summer job instead of school occupying my weekdays, I've got more time to spend messing around at PC.

July 19th, 2009 8:46 PMtxteclipseY hallo thar, sir. Where have you been?

March 16th, 2009 8:31 PMtxteclipseThe lounge has exploded with ridiculosity.
And I'll just have to make my second post from now epic, then. -
March 16th, 2009 8:13 PMicomeanon6I think it's safe to say that the lounge has evolved into something far more...sinister...than any of us could have imagined.
Sweet!
BTW, you're getting close to a most "elite" post count. -
March 15th, 2009 9:10 PMicomeanon6LIKE, SERIOUSLY!
-
March 15th, 2009 9:06 PMtxteclipseINSANITY!
-
November 11th, 2008 4:57 PMtxteclipseI don't mind in the least. And I'll have to check those out. I've heard of them, but I haven't read them.
-
November 11th, 2008 4:13 PMicomeanon6I don't normally jump in on other people's conversations, but it is imperative that you read Ender's Shadow and sequels.

November 6th, 2008 1:14 AMtxteclipseHoly lord! Michael Crichton died!? There is no justice in the world! That guy was one of the best science fiction writers of all time!
Aww man...I can't even believe it. That's just...gah. -
November 5th, 2008 7:12 PMicomeanon6The presidential election has overshadowed Michael Crichton's demise. There's no justice in this world.
-
November 1st, 2008 9:29 PMtxteclipseLol. It actually isn't too bad. I got the guy to send me PMs instead of VMs, and he cooled down quite a bit.
-
November 1st, 2008 9:25 PMicomeanon6Well, good luck handling all that hate mail. Way to take one (dozen or so) for the team, buddy!
-
November 1st, 2008 3:55 PMtxteclipseGood lord, I know. I really need to just start avoiding them. As you can see, I've got a few riled individuals leaving me messages now. This is what I hate: when people take it personal. I try to fight the argument, not the individual. I'm not out to embarrass people or anything, I just want a clean debate.

November 1st, 2008 3:52 PMicomeanon6Man, I'm glad that thread's been closed. I think the reason why those threads inevitably dissolve into flame wars is because we subconsciously look for ways to interpret others' words as provocations for argument, perhaps as a scapegoat for letting off frustration.
At any rate, see you in a month or so when a thread like that is inevitably started again. *sighs.* -
September 29th, 2008 4:24 PMicomeanon6Don't think I'm trying to rush you with the corpse, but I have some advice.
Three words: Deus. Ex. Machina.
(It worked for Homer!)
