Eh, I'm pretty open. I don't keep much secret.

True, you could almost say that for you, a slow day is a good day.

Oh come on, I would pay good money to see Reinhard flirt. His personality definitely does not lend himself to that.

Surely you must have other secrets.

No. But that is a good thing. It means I didn't have to.

That would require flirting. He isn't good at that.

    I fail at life then.

    Have you saved anybody yet?

Well, then Reinhard will have to stop being so secretive about his fetish.

    You did very poorly then.

Pretty much. You wait till swimmers come in and then you sit in a chair till they are done. It's very easy in some ways and difficult in others.

What if he likes big butts and he can not lie?

Well, there goes my secret. I was trying so hard to keep it under wraps too...

So, you just sit there all day? Even if nobody is there?

You bet your bottom! Then Reinhard would say something flippant, Elise says something sarcastic and the world would go on its merry way. That, or she would be awfully tempted to use a sword art on him. Because there is nothing like a bad cuisse to make ones bum look big.

Perhaps you can see into my mind! :OO

It depends on the shift and time of the day. I got an opening shift tomorrow, but it will likely be quiet with the holidays around the corner. Which means you do nothing. At all.

If Elise is armor shopping and Reinhard holds her sword, does that mean she will be trying on clothes and asking if it makes her butt look big? ;D

Maybe I'm just good at reading people. :3

Is the job usually busy? Or do you have a lot of downtime?

Mwuahaha! Feel the bunnying power! I shall have Reinhard be in attendance while Elise is new armor shopping and he will be standing in the corner holding her sword....Or, more realistically, they'll probably be out in a field somewhere fighting things... <3

    You know me well.

There are three pools at my school, but I usually guard either the swim team pool or the gym pool. The other pool is usually only open during the summer for summer students.

And you can do the same if you happen to post before me...which you probably will.

Haha, I figured that to be the case.

Yuck, 4:30... okay I no longer envy you. So is this all for a pool, or do they have other bodies of water at your school? The reason I ask, because some schools are near beaches and some do provide some kind of assistant lifeguard program for the area.

Sounds great! If you happen to post before me when the time jump happens, feel free to bunny Elise so that she is in the area with you. If you want of course. I just think it would save us a bunch of time and unnecessary posting.

    A resounding yes!

It can be. All depends who is on the shift with you. Though waking up at 4:30 for the morning shift is never fun.

Or they can be buddies the entire time. As in partying around until they bring up the guild idea.

Sorry, was the answer an obvious 'yes'?

Your job sounds more fun though. :D

Okay then! It sounds like a plan. I guess we'll have to think of a way to get this underway. How about after the time jump, which should be coming any day now. We have these two talking somewhere and one of them brings up the idea? I could see Elise trying to push for it more than Reinhard, but it could work either way. Just so we don't have to waste time meeting up in the IC, by sending messages and the like, let's just go ahead and pick a spot for them to be together already after the jump. Sometimes I feel like the time jump/boss fight is a time bomb that we have to hurry and beat.

What kind of question is that?

I'm a lifeguard at my school, which is not that hard but can get boring because the shifts can be long. Nothing as complex as your job.

Haha, Reinhard's motivation for founding a guild would be similar. He hates random players for the most part lol. But yeah sounds like a good idea for an arc. Let's do this.

Do you make little kissy faces when you do so?

Now I get it. You try and wrangle your bed into submission? I'm currently in the position of managing a regions paperwork and systems in regards to its work boundary and completion status. Pretty much just keeping ledgers of all work to be done and work completed. What about you?

You know what could be fun, is these two starting a guild together. It would be the most unlikely people in the RP, but Elise would be up for it just to get people off her back with recruitment. She would form a guild just to get the "guild indicator" in her name plate to keep off the vultures. I could see this leading Elise to slowly start trusting Reinhard because she wouldn't be able to start a guild with just one person. Maybe eventually, your lone wolf there could eventually come around to being good friends with her and we can progress the arc from there? *lowers eyebrow*

And sometimes I look at a mirror and spend hours just looking at myself.

Throwing yourself usually implies you jump on it, embrace your blankets and pillows and hope your bed accepts you that night. Ah I get what you mean then. My break is comparable in the busy-ness, but I don't get most of my hours at work till next month. What's your part time job?

Pretty much the story really. He doesn't like opening up to people and all that stuff. So basically he needs to learn how to be social and trust, etc.

    Interesting hobby...

Throw yourself at your bed? I think I might need an explanation. Yes, I am on break, but I'm also working part time just to have some supplementary income. That and family, yada yada, etc and so on...

*raises an eyebrow* Now that is a good question. I always try and have my characters grow as people and I guess my best way of doing that with Elise is to actually trust people again, or not being afraid of depending on others. She is dreadfully afraid of being dependent on another human. What about Reinhard, any weaknesses he needs to grow and overcome? That way we can plan accordingly.
