September 7th, 2012 10:41 AMBanjora MarxvileExactly, they didn't know that the TARDIS disappeared - these Daleks didn't even know the TARDIS existed in the first place, he could have escaped easily.
-
September 6th, 2012 6:29 AMLord VarionBut that wasn't even suppose to happen.
It was accidental with Donna touching the hand. since is was accidental, Davros did not notice. -
September 5th, 2012 11:59 PMBanjora MarxvileThat's the thing, the Tardis can go undetected as proven in Stolen Earth and Journey's End, where it escaped incineration without anyone knowing.
-
September 5th, 2012 10:31 AMLord VarionDaleks being Daleks, they'd hate anything not dalek. And the tardis isn't dalek technology, so they'd presume nondaleks to be aboard.

September 5th, 2012 7:30 AMBanjora MarxvileIf they didn't know he existed, they would have no need to search for a blue box anyway, as they wouldn't remember it.
-
September 5th, 2012 4:49 AMLord VarionHe couldn't of really just left.
It would of caused problems, with the daleks, having a large blue box which none of them own dissappear in front of them. They'd try to scan it and stop it leaving before they could. Confusing them allowed him to get away easier. -
September 5th, 2012 3:16 AMBanjora MarxvileI dunno, it rounded off nicely for me bar that whole memory thing. It was only those last 2 minutes which could have been rewritten. The Doctor didn't need to return, but speculate. That would have been much better.
-
September 5th, 2012 2:15 AMLord VarionTo be honest, the episode seemed cut off suddenly. and the whole wiping the doctor's events from dalek history as a pointless end off.
The Daleks were gonna attack the Doctor and Amy and Rory when they returned. And could of easily made an extra episode or a little extra time on the current episode.
Another thing, Though i saw it. I honestly don't ever see the doctor just leaving a whole army of daleks in space to fly around and do as they will. -
September 5th, 2012 12:20 AMBanjora MarxvileI think those Daleks were all of those in creation, as last time we officially saw them, there were only 5 in the series (Victory of the Daleks), and the Daleks don't often send others away (I say that, I'm basing it on the new series, where this happened except for specific reasons like the Void Ship in Doomsday and Parting of the Ways)

September 4th, 2012 9:46 AMLord VarionI never said you said they killed em off.
It's just general who ha that's floating round my local area.
But yeah, I see you're point. I'm curious if she only did the daleks nearby, in the asylum and on the ship. Or, all of them in creation ?
She wasn't that specific.
''What did you do?
I made them forget you.''
them, could mean anything. -
September 4th, 2012 9:16 AMBanjora MarxvileI never said they killed them off, the ending where the Doctor was erased from the Daleks' memories is just... If they are gonna stick to that, it kills off the whole "Time War" relevance that made them so feared. It's like one giant step backwards. Before, during Parting of the Ways, the humans of 200100 had heard of the Daleks and all of the Doctor's companions had seen them. Now though, no one knows who they are (then again, the crack in time of the first Matt Smith series can explain that), but making them forget their number one enemy, the one who was there at their creation and stopped them every time, as well as the one who stopped the Time War, it just... Why?
-
September 4th, 2012 8:44 AMLord VarionI'm not a fan of that ending. It's gonna cause major confusion whe nof if the daleks come back.
It's unlikely they have killed them off. -
September 4th, 2012 8:28 AMBanjora MarxvileSurprisingly, I've had this for nearly half a month. I recently rewatched "Bad Wolf" and "Parting of the Ways" of Series 1, and it just inspired me to make a new theme. And I did watch the Asylum of the Daleks, I loved the twist involving that woman, but not what she did about his history with the Daleks...
-
September 4th, 2012 7:49 AMLord VarionYaay Dalek.
I'm guessing you've seen the first episode of Series 7, by the sudden dalek avatar? -
