Probably, that makes more sense. But I think that the Time Lords perhaps could make it easier by monitoring the dimensional walls, as it were, and so with them being gone, it isn't worth risking as the Void may threaten everything.

Well it was possible before cause afaik he left Romana & K9 in an alternate universe. And I think he was going on about how it should have been impossible for them to just fall out of the time vortex and into the parallel universe without any intervention by him.

The Doctor said it was always possible when the Time Lords were all still alive. Well, easier when the Time Lords were all still alive, so who knows what could happen (though, it was a bit contradictory, as one moment he said the Time Lords made it easier, the next it was impossible and never heard of, so...)

But parallel universes should be okay now since the universe was reset, shouldn't it? I mean if all the cracks in the universe were healed, that means that there should be no issue dimension-hopping?

Isn't it just. Or a parallel universe version, but that'd be silly.

I dunno about Craig, he might eventually forgive the Doctor, but Sophie would definitely hate him.

Or other way round. Either could work if Stormy has little memory have his young life and then suddenly remembers. Or the Master's essence survives in something and takes over. Weirder have happened.

We just needs a writer who likes the idea of Stormy as a teen. Beginning as a villain and becoming companion, maybe?

Ohmygosh that would be crazy! He did resolve his issues by the end of that ep but teenagers are psycho... what if he managed to hijack the TARDIS or something idk

It would make my day if next series of Doctor Who had Stormageddon as an enemy. It'd fit so well!
