September 28th, 2009 7:53 PMcolcolstylesLike who?
-
September 28th, 2009 1:32 PMLuckBut there are some freelancer mappers who map, but not for a specific reason or for specific teams.
-
September 27th, 2009 9:10 PMcolcolstylesThen they should look around, find somebody who is good at mapping, and ask them if they would be kind enough to donate a map or two to their hack. I, personally, wouldn't give out any of my maps but I'm sure somebody out there would be willing. I just don't know if a thread is needed, though I guess it would stop people (theoretically) from soliciting help from random strangers. I'd ask Cirno about it.

September 27th, 2009 9:05 PMLuckThere are some people who might want to request maps if the creators don't use it. There isn't a reason for the map to go to waste, now is there?
You know as well as I do that there are a few really god-awful mappers that desperately need better maps in their hacks. -
September 27th, 2009 8:54 PMcolcolstylesWhat's your point?
-
September 27th, 2009 8:24 PMLuckColcolstyles, I remember there being a script request thread.
If there was, a map request thread wouldn't be out of the question, would it? -
September 19th, 2009 11:16 AMLuckHmm...
I think it'd be fancy, but I don't think it'd be that easy to make an interesting story. -
September 19th, 2009 11:15 AMcolcolstylesWell, I was telling Vrαi about how I had been thinking and I believe that making a GBA "pre-make" of the games wouldn't be too hard actually. There would be a few limitations but it definitely would be possible. What would you think of something like that?
-
September 19th, 2009 11:11 AMLuckI've played it, but I never finished it.
Why do you ask? -
September 19th, 2009 11:07 AMcolcolstylesEh, I'll give it a shot sometime.
I got a question for you: have you ever played Mystery Dungeon: Explorers of Time/Darkness? -
September 19th, 2009 11:05 AMLuckI just fail at making the leaves under it look good.
-
September 19th, 2009 11:04 AMcolcolstylesI might take a look.
And making an animation for it wouldn't be too hard. I noticed that the animation for the standard flowers is actually pretty basic. You basically just need to move the flower back and forth :D
I could do it for you sometime if you want. -
September 19th, 2009 11:02 AMLuckI doubt I could find 3 more animations(2 for the other flower tiles 8D)
The red SNES looked awesome though :O -
September 19th, 2009 11:01 AMcolcolstylesHm, that's weird. Yeah I guess that's what it was. Still, it's a nice tile. If you're going to use it, you should animate it.
-
September 19th, 2009 11:00 AMLuckI thought that too, but I downloaded a japanese version and the only changed tile so far was the SNES in your room.
I imagine it was a beta flower, although it looks more like a mushroom.
