April 23rd, 2012 5:04 AMMr Cat DogOf America? The whole New York experience was just great. I've been there before, but this trip has just confirmed my overwhelming desire to just live there permanently. I love big metropolises, and it don't come any better than Manhattan!

April 22nd, 2012 11:29 PMHerGood! What was your favorite experience in wondrous land of ~America~?

April 22nd, 2012 11:01 PMMr Cat DogK, Pops has been added to the list. Watched an episode on the flight back from Tokyo, so I can't stop denying all these requests for Mordecai and such. And yeah, I'm back from my trip. 'Twas awesome! :D

are you back from your trip yet? -
March 22nd, 2012 11:29 AMMr Cat DogDrunk acting with Jimmy Stewart. Both were surprisingly good at it, and I normally really dislike him.

March 21st, 2012 7:22 PMHeryesssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssss
What was your favorite part? -
March 21st, 2012 9:07 AMMr Cat DogI watched The Philadelphia Story on the plane. The film, and Ms Hepburn, were both very good.

March 19th, 2012 7:27 PMHerOh god, I cannot stand Chris Colfer. Although the majority of my distaste for him is due to his looks, I stand by my opinion that he is a terrible actor. Absolutely terrible.
Also, have fun on your vacation! -
March 19th, 2012 7:06 AMMr Cat DogIt's not that I've suddenly gone off Chris Colfer... indeed, he's still a very talented actor and was easily the best part of the second season of Glee (even when his character was often the worst part), but he probably doesn't deserve to be one of my ten claims. So, he's gone!

March 18th, 2012 5:34 AMMr Cat DogYeah THAT'S IT! I couldn't remember her name, but I can definitely remember her fight scene/death. Re: Vol 2, I can understand how one can think of it as being drawn out - especially as it's such a drastic shift from Vol 1 - but I like slower paced scenes a lot more than faster paced ones, on the whole. I guess it's just a matter of taste; for example, I could watch the Bride and Bill converse for a whole 2 hours! :P

March 17th, 2012 4:08 PMHerIsn't Vivica's character called Vernita Green? I remember it only because I spent ten minutes trying to memorize her name after also forgetting who the hell she was.
Eh, what bothers me about Vol 2 is it has a feeling (at least to me) as being overly drawn out. For example, the conversation between the Bride and Bill at the beginning. Even though it wasn't really long at all, it just started to bore me very quickly. -
March 17th, 2012 3:39 PMMr Cat DogI think Vol 2 is my favourite because it's more consistent. I love individual elements of Vol 1 (the end scene with O-Ren, the first bit with Vivica Fox's character whose name I'm blanking on) but find it wildly inconsistent. Vol 2 admittedly doesn't have the highs of Vol 1, but I find all of it really compelling as its own entity. I guess that's my reasoning.

March 17th, 2012 12:24 PMHerMmm, from what I know, it's going to be released in 2014. Or at least, that's what IMDB says, so Tarantino still has a fair bit of time to groom the actors and shoot the film along with Django. My favorite? Damn, thats a hard one. I'd probably have to go with Vol 1. Although I loved Elle Driver in the second film, I can't get past O-Ren Ishii and her gang in the first film, nowadays they're the definition of gang in my book. What about you?
-
March 17th, 2012 9:20 AMMr Cat DogRe: Kill Bill (Vol 3?), I imagine nothing's happened with that because of Django Unchained, but I am looking forward to it. Which volume of the original series did you prefer?
