1.
Q: Will there be multiple starters available? (For instance, being able to catch all Gen starters and having different Pokemon for starters)
A: The starters will be Vaporeon, Jolteon, and Flareon. And yes Bulbasaur, Charmander, and Squirtle will be catchable :) I'm not sure if we will have Johto and Hoenn pokemon in this hack.

2.
Q: Will there be Fakemon(eww)?
A: No fakemon lol

3.
Q: Will there be customized items or Pokemarts?
A: Yes there will be new items, not sure if there will be items which will be buyable but they will be key items, or probably items that you give have pokemon hold.

4.
Q: Will trading be necessary to catch all the Pokemon?(Eww again)
A: HELLZ NO! I hate that trading crap lol. Don't worry there will be different methods :)

I'm going to need some more time for the tut, because I'm having trouble with the CSS. But don't worry I will make the tut for you ^_^

Oh and the signature code has to be put around an html code, so that i can actually see the signature code lol. So please send it again :3

Well the changing pics i did myself, i just went to a GIF making site and i put the three banners in and the GIF was made, so then I put the GIF images url where the banners picture would go...and bam i have changing banners.
Now edit your CSS signature, just give me a little while so that I can make a little tutorial for you

yeah i think i could use a pokescripter i need a few of givepokemon scripts and im just not good at em so having you for simple scripts would be awesome i wanna see your mapping as i really need another mapper
