I try to use cards as new as I can, but I dunno if there are actually any rules about that XD
Yeah, the evos help a lot esp when you can evolve them and set em all up before you actually put em in play :D ! I wanna get Metagross because the cards that came with my deck only went to Metang >:0
But yeah what I usually do is have some basics out for stalling while I try evolve and set up my strongest ones on the bench

My cards are all spread out between sets and generations and stuff, not to mention I hardly have any full evolution lines, mostly because I usually get Pokemon cards to look at them (and they're expensive! xD). My deck is Fighting and Psychic (with a few Dark energies for Tyranitar), and my sister's is Grass and Fire. I hate those games where you just get really unlucky and either can't get any good Pokemon or can't get any energy :I

My sister sent my other sister Battle Battle Royale for her birthday 0_0 Haven't read it yet, though.
I have a lot of cards but they're all pretty much stray ones, like I couldn't go and make a deck with them :P So I just use the one that I bought and add in some new cards if they fit. I haven't played in a long time, and even then I only played with my sister. I did make her deck out of her cards, since she had three pre-made decks before, I could mix them and make something work. She's good, too ;_;

I kinda wanna read it again! Books are usually more interesting to me when I don't have to read them for school :P
The only deck I have is a Tyranitar one I bought on a whim last year, with just a couple card changes.. Do you build your own? I don't have enough of the cards that go together to build my own, but I wish I could >_<

Yeah, of course... xD All the stuff we came up with ended up sounding like some Lord of the Flies-type thing :P
Well, how goes it?

We got a new playground in town, and while it is nowhere near as awesome as the old one it replaced (it was a castle!), we still had fun >o< Since it's also fenced in, I told my sisters it'd be even more interesting if we pretended we were in a prison compound ... :I

Eh I'm doing okay. Not up to my usual self, feeling a bit down lately, but that's just how it is.
I played outside today, too...which is unusual XD

Oh that's right, there's a card game isn't there, I almost forgot ha-ha. A friend of mine made me a deck when she heard I was getting into Pokemon. I thought it was a little silly but I may actually look at it. Is the game hard to play?

Yeah unfortunately I'm having to find myself grinding levels a bit. I did decide to add Zapdos to my team though, he's been a big help. I figured the birds were really powerful so I'm trying not to exploit them.

Just kind of plowed through the early parts of the game because I kind of avoided other trainers, they became way to overwhelming eh heh...

Yeah I thought that would be fun! BTW I finally made it to the elite 4 and they are killing me badly lol

I'm starting at the very beginning =3 it will be like following along where I'm playing you know?
