Hey! It all depends on what the sprites are for. For GBA games, sprites should be 16 colors, while DS games should 32 colors. If you are making sprites for a non-hack game, the palette should not have a limit, but I would suggest 32 colors anyway.

Yeah! The Pixel Art subforum is really active and you could post Fakemon there :3 Unless it's concept art, then that can go in Art Gallery. You need 15 posts to be able to post URLs and images thoughhh

They're kind of like achievements, but on the forums. You can see what emblems someone has by looking at the "emblems" tab on their profile and they're given out for events, if you do special things, stuff like that. :3
