Hey, I just watched your Youtube playthrough of DarkViolet, I loved it. I just thought I should let you know some information about why I named that one guy "Kamon".
You see, there is a planned G/S/C remake sequel to DarkViolet called DarkCrystal. The main characters of DarkCrystal will be called Ethan, Lyra, and Kamon. The reason why I'm not calling him "Silver" is because I feel like he should only be called Silver if Ethan was called Gold. But because I am calling the HG/SS protagonist as Ethan, I feel like it's wrong to call the rival "Silver", because he should only be Silver if the other guy is Gold. And then I would have to name Lyra "Crystal" or something, which is just wrong. So I went with "Kamon", which isn't a made-up name. In Pokemon Silver Version, "KAMON" is the next name after the list of optional names, while "SILVER" is the first.
If I went with, "Ethan, Lyra, and Silver" it just wouldn't fit, because you should only call him Silver if you're gonna call the HG/SS male protagonist Gold. But since I'm calling him Ethan, I can't call the rival Silver.
Also I believe it's pronounced, "Kay-mun", not how you were pronouncing it in the video :)
One more thing, thank your naming the characters the names I want them to be, which are Red, Blue, and Green. Those will be the names that they will have in the sequel, and you won't be able to name them then, haha
