Still here? Finally got around to play some. I really do love the beginning of the game with the gnosis attack and all the included tension. This time around I'm making sure to talk to every NPC and really get the full grip of the Xenosaga world. I'm right where Ziggy first makes his entrance and kinda forgot all about his backstory and that he committed suicide.

Yo! Unfortunately I still haven't found time to play it yet, but I'll definitely play it over the holidays this upcoming week. It's the type of game that requires some serious devoted time, lol.

Finally got my copy in the mail. Now I just need to find time to play it, lol.

Pfft, well then, I guess that's fine then! Getting extra money is always great too xD

Honestly, I have no idea why they decided to go for the realistic style. The story and themes are of a serious tone so I guess it's fits, visually anyways. Maybe they wanted to attract more of the Western audience? Not only did they change the visuals, but I remember a lot of the English voice actors being different from that of the first game.

Episode II is the weakest of the trilogy, no?

Just listened to the OST from the first game, and it was some good stuff. (That final battle theme!) Might snag a copy of the game off Ebay since hearing the music definitely made we want to play it again.

Despite calling myself a pokemon fan, I've never played any game in the Mystery Dungeon series. Am I missing out?

Any tracks in particular that you would call favorites?

Currently? Well, I just bought Yo-kai Watch for the 3DS, and it has a lot of similarities to pokemon, which might be why it's so popular in Japan.
