This explains pretty much everything about emblems. Only Veteran, Supporter, and Committed are requestable, while the rest can be given by a staff member if they notice that you fit the conditions.
No worries girrl. :3 I don't mind one bit. I was actually planning on changing my theme a week back, but never did. D: I'm too lazy when I have the time to make it, and usually don't even have that time at all. xD
