Where was that posted? I want to see the whole comment from him before making too quick of a judgement about it. If he just said that your story is childish and your protagonists are obnoxious without saying how you can improve, then that's not constructive criticism. That's just plain criticism, and shouldn't be allowed (or listened to.)

Vulpix didn't have drought because of the rombase having glitched weather abilities, I'm planning on remaking the whole thing eventually but some game editing can be really tedious like sprite switching and editing wild encounters can just put me off sometimes. :p
