no, zapdos is ou. check the list of banned pokemon in the tourny if you want, zapdos isnt one of them. in fact, the sum of its base stats equal that of tyranitar so its no more overpowered than that.
Thanks, though I think I'm going to stick to my current method. I often have to mess with the planned-out brackets to compensate for disqualified folks, so that wouldn't work too well with that website.

tuesday is fine assuming you are able come online a little earlier than normal. I can't afford to stay up past one in the morning on the day before school starts back up.
im eastern standard time, so it looks like we're gunna have to work with being in different time zones. that being said, im still on break until the fith so I am pretty flexable. I might have trouble getting time after that though as school starts back up. If any time before the fith is impossible, the weekend would be the next best thing. my fc is in my sig as well btw.
