I read your introduction post. So you're looking for someone to do a Titlescreen for you? I may be able to help. I'm pretty good at FireRed and Ruby titlescreens. But I've never done a Emerald titlescreen before.
Still, I'll be willing to help you out with one! I just need to learn how to hack an Emerald titlescreen. I'm sure it can't be that different from Ruby or Firered.
