Hey, so I just edited my original post with some edits that make Inverse Battles work. All I did was add the define for event_data.h at the top, and I did some small modifications to the TypeEffectiveness method I made.

Honestly, that's probably what I would have done lmao
I'll look into it and see if I can figure out a better solution--thanks for pointing out this commit, totally didn't see it!

Yeah I'm aware of the bug where some sounds not playing. Hopefully I can fix it in the next version of the patch (won't come anytime soon)
