Nature is what stat you're willing to gain and what you'd be willing to drop
Movesets depend on team...

I'm building a Screen Sub Sweep team right now... So I'll have a Screener for Sp Def and Def, then switch to a sweeper, Sub up, Boosting up move, then kill everything =P

Making your own sets requires experiamentation and testing... For example, making a pokemon last JUST enough for a major threat move. You'd need to understand Metagame... It's incredably confusing and unpredicatable...

Only do a lot of battles, identify problems, create stratdgeys and solve promblems... I can't help you with that

Try finding a replacement for Latias once you've understand the team. This is just to give you a sence of what a succecful team is like, after that, quickly throw together a team to battle me with =)

To make things easy, are you familiar with terms such as Phazers, Psudo Phazer, Sp. Sweeper, Physical Sweeper, DDcer, SDcer, etc?

It's very hard to pull that off x.x As I still only have a NU and OU team =P However, I'm about to construct a UU team too...

Do you want help to contruct a OU team?

I'd suggest just trying OU for now, I also have a pretty decent NU team =P (My team took forever to construct but it was very much a reconstruction of a team I liked on smogon)

For OU, are you looking for a balenced team, Stall Team, or more offensive team?
You could try to encorperate tactics like Trick Room, Rain Dance, Hail, Sunny Day (Most likely for NU), etc... Or center it around a pokemon...

But I don't get why you'd need more than 6 pokemon x.x Try out a team first then experiament with what you need, that's always the best method, and usually, I won't have what you need, I'd go to expert breeders for that =P

Try some RMT threads, although some are completely pointless and boring to read, some are also VERY fun to read and helpful... I can point you to a few that helped me build my winning team =) (I'm #1 on the PC ladder xD)
