Yes, that is right. As the year increase, the delay decreases (excuse me for saying target delay, I meant change your actual delay, as targets are universal and static within the games, lol). Right, right.
However, if you are hitting an odd delay of 603, add those years and fix that GBA slot to get an even delay...
If a GBA game has been inserted all this time, now take it out.
If your GBA slot has been empty all this time, insert a game. ^^
Well, inserting or taking out a GBA game in the GBA slot changes the delay to odd and even. Just take note of this (it is different for every game) and keep it consistent (game in or out). :(
595 to 613 is a decent range, although my range is 598 to 604... Just press your A button faster. There is no remedy to improve your delay, as you are dealing with fractions of seconds. D:!
Why are you adjusting the year? That changes your target delay, aaa.
