If you want people to join your team, first of all, you got to stop acting like a child, no one likes a leader with that problem. You need to cut the attitude as well. If you don't show anything of your game, people wont want to join you, they want to see that you're the right person who's showing dedication to their game, so that it gives them the intensive to join you. If all you want to do is moan about how no one is on your team, it will just drive them away. It's easier in ROM Hacking due to the fact there is more people in that section, not to mention it requires less skills and dedication due to everything being there on a platter.

As Mid said, randomly PMing people for ROM hacking requests isn't a good idea since they might be busy or have no knowledge in ROM hacking.

I agree with Daniel. Also, it isn't quite nice to PM people about helping you here & there without prior notice. You should also learn how to except 'No' for a answer as some people might be busy.

There's a ROM Hack Team Recruitment Sub-forum I think, on Emulation. So there's really no need to blurt it out in other parts of the forums.
