I havent looked or really know of your game at all xD
but I saw you snow map/6th gym
Heres some advice from me
1) Lesson up on the jig jag mountain mapping
2) I could hardly know what the mountains are doing :O, I would make it more obvious thats their kinda layerd. surrounding most of the map, and more mounataing heading down from that so the village seems like its in a vally.
3) gym battle of the roof how? xD
-have a litle mountain path heading up to the gym roof, and maybe a battle feild tiles on top.

And btw, no-one will do that sprite unless they like the game. The design is horribly complex and would take alot of skill to sprite.
