i live in a town where like 30% of the population is from either mexico or spain, 20% is from somewhere in asia (predominantly china and cambodia), and then like the rest of us are united states natives ahaha. it sort of requires learning at least spanish + english if you want to communicate with all comfortably. mandarin chinese or maybe khmer perfects the lot (and i'm probably going to start learning mandarin like soon)
oh, ok then! this is probably just the result of the spanish here being influenced by the english or something. i'm using it to mean something like "or whatever" or "or something" in english (like in the previous sentence ahaha), and i didn't start using it like that until i heard a few kids at my school say it like so~

1.) puedes, pero sería dificil. sé que unas personas lo han hecho para el caso de MTs, pero no sé nada de la expansión del bolsillo principal
