Real simple... google that ocx file... download it... and put it in the folder with the .exe u are trying to run... ive had to do this with 2 different ocx files... they are free and easy to find... but dont be stupid and download a virus...

I think that only happens with the really old tools, like A-Mart, A-Text...
You can either "acquire" comdlg32.ocx through certain means, or, just use more up-to-date and better tools.
Recommendations: KarateKid's tool (Pokemon Game something something), Pokemon Game Editor, A-Map or MEH when its released, XSE by Hackmew and the most important tool of all: a Hex Editor.
Or just use whatever.. -
