    Here is all the help u need. I had this problem a while back. Just put The Vba.ini over next to ur vba and then. Then click on options/emulator and click real time clock and reset the cartridge then it should be alright make sure to watch this to. Theres the Download File u need.http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=87C1itRnr3A how i Fixed mine . Oh yea it works with all version not just emerald.
