Hello, I apologize for bothering you, but I wanted to know how to add just new move effects and abilities to hex values in a fire red rom, I have plans in mind and I want to try and add them in if I can. I would very much appreciate help if possible, even if it's just pointing to hex values in the patched rom file. Or conversely how to change the type chart in this patched rom and point to type effectiveness in hex values.
