Nah it's all good, lol. no offense taken. Although I can't say I understand your viewpoint on it. lol. Honestly, you really should open up to it, I think. I mean I get not trusting someone you just met, obviously, but an IM isn't much of a step higher than us VMing right now. But it's cool with me if you'd rather not. Just sayin'.

As for this newfangled chatting thing all the kids are doing these days (lol) what kind of music do you like?

Yeah, the $300 a year tax isnt law yet, but they're trying like the dickens to get it to pass. Of course, everybody is trying to throw their proverbial wrenches into the mix, but, I think it's gonna eventually go down. Oh well.

I saw this Edwards Key Lime Pie at the store on Sunday, and it looked really good. I was a little hesitant to buy it though, because the last frozen pie I bought was....well, to be nice, not that great. (It was supposed to be Dutch Apple, and it tasted almost like apple jell-o....) I asked, because I was wondering if you had any experience with frozen

lol does that mean I can bother you more often??? XD And yeah man, it's definitely a pleasure. I never meet many mormons online with the same interests I have; most of the time when I go on these online places I get surrounded by liberal atheists who think ABSOLUTELY ANYTHING IS OK. D=

You should get an MSN messenger account. We can talk much more that way. =P

But yeah I'm Mr. superconservative over here while the rest of the place is swarming with liberals who can't make effective arguments. lolz. If you say homosexual acts are wrong on here you can expect to be flamed. They get all whiny about it. Heaven forbid they actually have to change their lifestyle like everyone else does with every other type of sin. So they try to trick everyone into thinking it's acceptable when it contradicts nature. But meh. They're only screwing themselves over anyway.

Aww, poo. And here I was hoping to trade one day. :(

The tax is very inconvenient. Street (our ex-mayor) went on the news talking about how a 2-liter is going to cost twice as much now. But, if it means we can have what our city used to have 5 years ago, (libraries, public pools, police, fire departments, etc.) then that's okay, I guess. Soda is kind of a choice.

Now, the $300 a year trash tax is something evil indeed. x.x

    Ever have key lime pie?

Well, drinking the soda is cool too. :)

Actually, in my city, they're gonna start taxing all the soda we drink. 2 cents for every ounce. Chocolate milk, too. I guess that's what we get for being broke. x.x

If you want, I can make some pokerus Bulbasaurs for you. Just say the word, and I'll get right on it. :D

Oh snap it's another Mormon. Cool. Yeah my mission is pending pretty soon right now since I just turned 19 about a week ago. Gotta get my papers in yet though.

Yeppers....poor Bulbasaurs. :( All infected with nowhere to go.

That's okay, though. I traded them via gts to someone who wants them. And I still have a handful of guys that still have the pokerus, so it wasnt too much of a loss. Just a pain in the ass. lol.

Music, I believe, uses a different part of your brain than any physical activity you might do. The feeling of accomplishment is the same, but, since music is also a creative, left-lobe kind of thing, it's different than the strategic chess-like maneuvers you might do while fencing. Maybe you're more creative and in touch with your emotions more than you are with your two feet. Or....maybe I'm just verbally dribbling. :)

Those two recipes are the only two I know for ginger ale...heh. Maybe people in your area dont drink enough soda? :p

I lost out on some berries because I didnt get a chance to water them the whole 12 hours I was waiting. -.-; Not to mention, both of them wanted pokerus, and now those pokemon are cured. >.<

Well, live and learn. That's what Sonic says, right? lol.

I used to have performance lock-up too. Mine wasnt as competitive as yours, though. I played the bass is high school, and even though I'd play the same songs thousands of times, there was always a measure or two that were completely off. At least I wasnt as audible as the violins. Poor saps. :p

Ginger ale works wonders for lots of stuff. If you get a box of sugar free black cherry jell-o, and replace the cold water with the ale, you get something very tasty indeed. ^_^

I'm sorry to hear about your 'bad' fencing. What went wrong?

Be glad you dont have something to trade at the moment. You can be content to just sit and play the game all day if you waiting for anyone. (And then they dont show up!) And, in the meantime, I think I lost out on some berries. x.x
    Oh well.

Baking is a trial and error thing. I used to suck at it big time. Everything would usually come out underdone or not mixed well enough. And then there's the fact that every oven is kinda different...

Keep trying though! Nobody can stay bad at something forever. :)

The cranberry ginger ale is a mix of cranberry-pomegranate juice and Canada Dry. What you do is take a regular 12 oz (give or take) glass and fill it about 2 fingers high with the cranberry juice. Then, fill the rest with ginger ale. Voila! Instant tasty.
Regular cranberry juice works too, but the pom makes it extra tasty. :)

Madam Cheezy, I could try to send those cupcakes via snail-mail, but I dont think much of it would

Now, if I could only get my instant transmission to work. :)

As for myself, I'm good. Been waiting all day for some people to trade with, but, in the process got my kitchen cleaned and made some blueberry muffins for fun. I seem to have a thing for baking at the moment. And cranberry ginger ale. :D

    How about you?

About Me

  • About Aureol
I was born in the good ol' state of Georgia, where I lived until I was 13 (with 4 of those years in Ireland also). I then moved to Utah, where I've lived since, but I just recently returned from a 2-year mission trip for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints (Mormon) in Alabama. So far, I've had great experiences in all those places (although I didn't always like Utah... but now I do).

I have 8 brothers and 1 sister! I love them all, and I hope to have a large family of my own someday, but first, I have to get married... I'm single, if anyone's interested ;) (jk).

I will attend BYU starting January 2013, and I am not sure what to do yet, but I will probably be in Ancient Near East Asian Studies to try to be some sort of ancient scripture professor or seminary teacher.

I love my family, and I really enjoy spending time with my 3 nephews (8, 4, and 2 years old). I also love my accordion, I fence, and I played Pokémon Red when that existed. I haven't played beyond the 2nd Generation, but I plan to play Pokémon Black/White before too long.

2 of my favorite Pokémon of all time are Jolteon and Nidoking.

I am reserved, but I love when people talk to me, and I will do my best to reach out also, but don't be afraid to say hi!
Things I like: Pokemon, Anime (RomComs :\), religion, fencing, talking, friends, girls, hiking, ACCORDION.

Things I insist on doing, even though I suck: writing, singing, drawing, sports... can't think of anything else right now.
    Utah, USA
    Male ♂
    Favorite Pokémon
Jolteon and Nidoking! Most other Kanto and Johto Pokemon are good too. I tend to only use Pokemon that originate in Kanto though.
