Sure and to host a tourney first I think you need to ask the mods to make a thread for it as an official tourney. Second to do it people have to share their friend codes in order to battle on x and y or or and as and you have to be mindful of the trade and battle restrictions between x/y and or/as. Lastly you need to set a date make the format it will be in and make rules that are clear and easy to understand.
