Regarding the male Clamperl - I wouldn't mind trying and losing the Deep Sea Tooth since I can pretty much catch a Huntail with a Super Rod later on (5% catch chance) since it is exclusive to X. Gorebyss is Y exclusive.

What would happen if - you get my male Clamperl (Sagonu) - and cancel the evolution.
Can you even cancel it? Would the item still be there after aborting?
