Oh the CTR remake is sooooo good! It's hardly even a remake it's more of a remaster with all the new content that they put into it.
And I had to buy Crash 4 digitally for switch, it isn't available in a physical copy in Europe I'm probably gonna import it from the US when I get the time
I booked a week off work and left my boyfriend for the week to go home and play Crash 4 when it first came out haha. And now that it's out on Switch I bought it again and I can live through the brilliant frustrations again!

I'm on vacation this week! I wanted to get away from home so I'm being safe in the Florida panhandle (and in central time). I got my first COVID vaccine shot a little over a week ago as well and am ready to get my second one at the end of the month.

I like to play video games, but not as much as I'd like to because of my career, but I do dabble on some. I also value my alone time, so I use that time to read a good book when I can, or visit a bookstore and indulge myself with books. My career as a journalist finds myself researching and writing A TON, so writing a story is something I do from time to time. I do have an online portfolio somewhere.
Oh, and the pandemic allowed me to pick up a new hobby: aquatic fishkeeping! I could talk HOURS about my lovely fish. I'll stop right there before I ramble.

Alright! I finally sucked the dust out of this blog, cringed at my previous entry, and took every single comment I've received as a compliment. I know a few of you were wondering why I haven't been blogging for a while. The past year was...something, to be honest!

Or I guess I could have thought of a better title…
I spent the rest of the afternoon looking back at almost 8 years of PokeCommunity memories. From when I became such a big ass noob to joining staff three times, to participating in a lot of events such as the Get-Together, and many more. These memories, these past 8 years on the site has been amazing.
It makes me really, really sad.
The whole thing is reminding me of when I went through Hurricane...
So I'm back on PC...but I don't really see myself here full-time, unfortunately. I came back just to see how things have been, and to be honest with you, it does feel different! Felt lost, too. But I guess I'll get things up to date soon!
I decided not to get Ultra Sun/Ultra Moon. Reason why is that I have yet to finish my Sun copy! It got tedious after I finished the fourth trial, and the forced cutscenes were just...ugh tiring. I don't mean to criticise if you loved Sun and Moon,...
So...hey! What's up? I'm actually at the airport right now waiting for my first flight. I'll be heading back to my hometown for a couple of weeks to spend some time with my family. It was much needed, and there's a lot of stuff that needs to be taken care of.
However, I am going to be going back to California as a college grad. As I finished my classes back in September of last year, I did not receive my degree until about a month...
If there's anyone here….then great. If not, then…I guess I'm just technically talking to myself, am I?
I need to apologize for not being as active as I wanted to be. There are days that I get all sprung up with activity and other days I either log on for five minutes or not even at all. So I'm probably like…just another person.
