It's definitely cause no one's figured it out yet. I guess the best you could try to do is if you tried to do Diamond or Pearl. The thing about third Gen is that everything is rendered in 2D. In Fourth Gen everything's got this slightly 3D touch to it. I assume it's not something you can fix.
It's engineered so that you can't just change it all willy nilly, you'd have to go into the internals and change it from there.

I'm making my own hack. But for that, I have to play other hacks. I was originally going to do a DS hack, but you can't do much with that except change movesets and findable Pokemon (I learned this by taking a slightly closer look at drayano's hacks) and I'm not about that kind of game. I want it to be more... me.
While it sucks that there's the physical/special split in gba games, at least you can change everything to whatever you want.
