I saw your post in the Quick Trade Thread that you were looking for a Lucky Egg. Well, I'll tell you where to get one in-game: After you beat the Driftveil Gym (Gym #5) and go to Chargestone Cave, you'll get one there shortly after entering.

Hacking is something different, honestly. Those are editing tools. But anyway, XSE has a built-in guide. Besides, the best way to learn is to decompile scripts and see how they're made.
