20, wow well my brother was little. Yeah, even older siblings can be loud as well. My friends and I can be loud when hanging out or playing videogames or something. Aw, I'm sorry to hear. When my brother was younger I had that problem and it made me soo mad. What I used was earphones and then I didn't have to worry about the noise.
