Do you think it'll ever be possible to trace your DNA back for a few thousand years? I always wondered where my roots are coming from, because I feel a deep connection with England and other northern european countries. Maybe it's just my imagination though xD

That all sounds great, then! I'm happy that you chose to read the IC, I don't think you'll regret it. I'll try to make sure that you won't have to wait for a long time, since you seem willing!

So you're learning all about the human body... recently I read some comments on a yt video proposing that we switch the place of our brain with the place of our heart, so that we'd have the heart inside our head and the brain at the center of our body (or near it). And I thought, but that creates a million other problems that the people who know nothing of these things can't even imagine. My conclusion is, we've evolved the way we have, with the heart and the brain where they are, for a reason, because that's the best way, and I think it's amazing

Dr. House is one of my favorite shows :D He and Mr. Monk

"many there" have also said that they don't think their writing level is on par, but I think they're okay. In regards to the writing level I'm looking for people who a) can construct sentences with easily understood meaning (which most people can) and b) want to improve their writing in general, which tends to happen with a few positive comments in the right direction. So don't worry too much about that

Haha, alright. I like the fact that you'd read the IC - I've strived to make it read-worthy so if you enjoy what's already written, you might love actually participating in it. To follow up on what you said about possibly declining you, I think I wouldn't. The reason is, I give priority to the right people over the right characters, and I know you're the type of person I'd like to have on board, especially if you enjoy very much what we're doing in that RP. When the time comes and a spot opens, we can talk about your character if you want. I did mention commitment because I've managed a few RPs in my time and I can tell you, with this kind of setting we're set for the next two years or more to RP continuously (at least once or twice every week) with the typical breaks when exams hit. Plus we're very active on skype, which is pretty much a requirement - I think I still have your skype

Cellular biology, it sounds complicated to me, although it's interesting from an outside perspective like most sciences. As a pathologist I'm guessing you'd be more like Dr. House, diagnosing things :P

Speaking of my works, have you taken a look at my RP? I know it's full now, sadly, but if you'd like I can message you when there's a spot available. It's quite a commitment though

    lol give me those fans!

I hear there are certain rules about drawing manga/anime, it could get tricky, I guess. I remember you wanted to be a nurse... medicine always pays off well, so you got that going for you

haha, then I guess that makes you officially my first fan... <:

I don't think I'll ever give up. I believe that with enough thought, analysis and consideration, everything can be done, including emulating success... if that makes sense. Thank you for your support, though. It's the thought that counts

That sounds a bit dark, heh. Why not do both? My mom studied to be an artist in her 40s, much later in life, and it was something she wanted since she was a kid... so I'd say it's never too late, and the thing that matters most is how much you want it.

Golden Sun is my favorite game ever, it's a big reason to why I want to make a game like it. It's so I can give kids the same experience I had when I was playing it

Well... I feel this need to pursue that dream because that's all I've got. I'm not good at anything else. I could never learn anything from school, even when I tried, I just couldn't pay attention. Might've just been me being lazy, or I may have some sort of disorder that affects my attention span, because if the subject doesn't interest me in the slightest, I just can't be assed. I think of my mind like a dark place with many pathways... many of them are completely dark, and the only one with light is the one which has all the things that have interested me since I was a kid: level designing, game designing (meaning the overall gameplay, how it'd work, etc.), storytelling, making artwork. I know that's what I want to do, even if it only pays enough for me to only survive

I think I remember that you have played them indeed. I've the same problem. All my cube games are scratched to the point where they don't work... it's sad to see a childhood not being able to operate :P

Could play it if you want :P it's an old gba game

I don't always understand what is going on in their videos but some are so amusing, like the one for 19-2000 where they're on a highway... Murdoc is my favorite

It has been on my mind, yeah. I know so well what I want to do in my life that I know my life would be miserable without it, and not worth living. I guess that's part of what's driving me to it, I want to escape the way I've been living so far. That you're impressed... I appreciate that. Not all people can so easily see how I think

We're still talking about the gamecube right? You've played games like Colosseum/Gale of Darkness?

the favorite is Golden Sun! Themes like this are unforgettable for me

Love Gorillaz :P They're such a solid band, my favorite from them is Feel Good, Inc

heh, maybe you are. I'm saving up money currently, going to move to England sometime in the future. I've a friend there that I know for a long time; we'll be starting an indie game company. It's my dream to become a game developer

My gamecube gaming era was my favorite, with games like Smash, Colosseum, Gale of Darkness, Mario Kart: Double Dash, Paper Mario: TTYD, Mario Party 5 and 6, etc. The most fun I've had in my life with friends, I've had with those games

Aw, you listen to soundtracks from games! I do, too. There's a particular favorite of mine that'll be in my heart forever. So what kind of artists have you been listening to lately?

Roblox, no idea what that is

I plan on building that nice future you're speaking of ;P Good luck to you as well

I've to admit, since I'm more of a visuals guy I do prefer my games to have as realistic graphics as it is possible. Games like Assassin's Creed, for example. But they're not fun without the good gameplay! When you say much older games, how old exactly do you mean? I've a friend who plays games from the 80s and 90s in the ancient consoles that were popular back then - those are really really old - that's why I'm asking

I loved Super Mario 64, one of my most memorable games. I haven't gamed seriously in quite some time either, I wish I could get back to it.

haha, we're growing up it seems, yeah. My cousin is younger than me and she seems to like the modern games much more. I guess it has to do with the appealing graphics and other things which make the games seem less outdated.

I know you like to work hard ^^

That's exactly what's happening with it! Thanks

I've played through Sun, yeah. It was pretty good, but I've stopped enjoying Pokemon games the way I used to, sadly. Can't tell if it's Nintendo's fault for not channeling the same energy in them or my fault for growing up and just getting bored of them. Maybe a bit of both

Aw, is college getting serious for you then?

Yeah, I've been RPing. I quit for about a year and never planned to come back, but... here I am xD I had some unfinished RP to take care of and it just drew me like mad. I'm planning to stay here for a while and work towards its completion
